I found Precision on Google and decided to use them due to their weekend availability (no other outfit was willing to install a garage door opener on Sunday). Ron arrived on time, made sure my existing garage door was in good working order, explained to me the process of installing the new opener, and 2 hours later, walked me through its operation. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for a reliable service provider.

We had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. We filled out the online quote request on a Sunday morning. With-in 10 minutes, we received a call booking an in person quote. The quote was less than I anticipated. We ordered our door, in 2 weeks it came in. The installation was set for the day after and the service technician was great. Five star all the way. Ron called before he came to let us know that he was on the way. Very efficient and let me know that I was the BOSS! Done in a quick and quiet manner. He cleaned up his mess before he left, lubricated the moving parts of the garage door. Very pleased and the garage door still works!

We were extremely satisfied with the service. Ron himself came out and notified us that the broken spring should have been replaced at the last service call. He replaced it promptly and waived the charge, We will always call Precision for any future service or new purchase needs. Their service is outstanding.

Ron originally installed our new garage door about 5 years ago. We were very happy with Precision then. July 3rd around 7PM we were sitting in the backyard enjoying the evening when we heard a thud come from the garage. Upon inspection, we found one side of the garage door was off the ground and the other side touching the ground. Unable to make it open, we called the 24 hour emergency line. Our car was stuck in the garage. We were told that someone would be out between 8AM and 10AM on July 4th. At 8:10 Ron arrived, I could literally hear him singing as he walked up to the house. Ron reported that the cables were were rusted and busted and needed to be replaced. The work was done in less than 20 minutes. He stopped to chat and asked for our email, we assumed that he would send us the bill. He stated that he was giving us a holiday discount, and we thought he was joking, expecting to get hit with an extra charge. When the bill arrived it was discounted by 100%!!! Now there's a guy who knows how to take care of his customers!!! Amazed and grateful that we even got service on July 4th and with a "holiday discount" to boot. Ron has earned our loyalty for life.

Our garage door spring broke, I checked the websites of a few places and liked the practical approach of precision, and the customer reviews. They came the same day I called, Ron was great, was direct about what was broke, how they could fix it and what it would cost. He offered me two paths, one to replace only the spring, the other to replace the spring and the rollers. Based on his advice I chose to add the new rollers, the doors now work better than ever, fixed same day, for the price he quoted. Great work, thank you!
