Our garage door spring broke, I checked the websites of a few places and liked the practical approach of precision, and the customer reviews. They came the same day I called, Ron was great, was direct about what was broke, how they could fix it and what it would cost. He offered me two paths, one to replace only the spring, the other to replace the spring and the rollers. Based on his advice I chose to add the new rollers, the doors now work better than ever, fixed same day, for the price he quoted. Great work, thank you!

Called and made an appt to get prices on a new door.Ron was delayed but called to inform me when he would be there.Very friendly professional. Talked doors told him what my wife wanted and he worked it up on his tablet -very nice. The only merchant out of 3 that did that. Explained prices sent me an email with the pricing which was very clear. PRECISION WAS THE LOWEST PRICE OF THE THREE FOR THE SAME DOORS AND INSTALL!! VERY PLEASED - WILL BE CALLING YOU! We chose Precision because one of our friends had just had their garage door opener replaced by Precision and highly recommended them. we certainly understand why they raved about their service! Our technician was Ron. He was timely (actually a bit early which was great), friendly, and took the time to explain what the problems were that we were experiencing and what our options were to fix them. Ron was certainly not pushy...a pure professional! We appreciated the time he took to review the operating instructions of the new garage door opener we purchased...which by the way is wonderful - quiet, sleek and did I say quiet? In a nutshell....Ron was awesome! We'll be telling our friends to call Precision!!!

Precision Door removed and old garage door and installed a beautiful insulated "woodgrain color" door and opener 3 years ago and recently came out for a maintenance check up. They are an excellent company to work with- on-time, efficient, friendly, cost competitive, and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to use them on any garage door project , or recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors.
