In sub-zero wind chill weather on a holiday week-end, Jennifer (who answered the phone) assured us Precision could fix the broken chain on our "primary" garage door today. Ron was here in about 2 hours, explained what needed to be done, told us up front what it would cost (honoring the coupon from the website), and was done in about 45 minutes. From start to finish, these folks were professional and just great people! THANK YOU!

My spring snapped on my garage door and I was referred to Precision by a friend who used them and said they are great. They were! I called at 8 am and they were at my house at 3! On time, personable - took care of it in 20 minutes!!! Great service - would use them again and highly recommend. Reasonable price!

Ron Kull is an outstanding professional! He was at our house less than 12 hours from when we called on a Sunday night. He diagnosed the problem and installed new springs in just over a half hour. I found Precision on Google and decided to use them due to their weekend availability (no other outfit was willing to install a garage door opener on Sunday). Ron arrived on time, made sure my existing garage door was in good working order, explained to me the process of installing the new opener, and 2 hours later, walked me through its operation. Ron was able to get to me sooner than expected. I knew within 5 minutes of his arrival what was wrong and how much it will cost. I will not hesitate to call him again. He was very knowledgeable and installed a safety feature on my garage door springs.
