Hey, we were in tough straits. At 7:30 am we heard a very loud thump in our garage. It was the main spring on the OH garage door -- that sprung!! NO way could we open the door. Cars trapped inside. Today ( 6/1/2018 ) Felix Coriano replaced our old garage door with a new one. He was very pleasant and did the job alone. It was obvious that he is a well trained technician. Star Rating: 5 P.S. he said when he arrived that he thought that he would be finished around noon. At 12:05 PM he was done and pulling out of our driveway. Also he called in the morning to let us know the time that he would arrive. Great job Felix!

A great experience with Precision! Had called other garage door companies and we not impressed with their customer service/salesmen (felt like we were a bother). Ron came out and gave us our options for two new garage doors...reasonable price ($675 a piece vs other quotes of up to $975 for the same door installed). Ron was terrific!
