Broken Spring, cables and rollers replaced, quickly and efficiently. While I hope not to need to call again for a long time, I would do so in an instant if the need arose. The people on the phone doing the scheduling were pleasant and Ron was great - answered questions as he went along and made the door work better than it had before the spring broke. We had need of a return visit, to make a minor adjustment and that too was well taken care of, both in scheduling and adjusting.

We saw an ad in the phone book yellow pages that stated Precision worked on our make of garage door opener. It was great to communicate with a person when we called. I also liked the internet connection, to confirm appts., and pictures and brief bios of the technicians. The reviews were also helpful and interesting. Ron arrived both days on the early side of the estimated appointment time. Ron replaced the mother board in our opener very reasonably. It's been working great ever since. Thanks, Ron. Ron called and ask if he could come earlier the 10-12 appointment as he finished he's earlier job and got here at 9:30. He gave a good price and went to work and was done in 45 Minutes. Great job and works great.

Ron came and replaced broken tension spring. He also advised me that it would be a good time to replace the rollers as well(with polyeurethane) ones). He did not pressure me into the decision, I made the decision and he was able to do all the work within a few hours. Service was professional from start to finish.

When our garage door broke we spoke with a number of area companies but quickly decided to go with Precision after meeting with Ron. Scheduling was quick and easy, Ron was very punctual for both the estimate and the install and was very respectful during both. The price was the better than the competition and he did not try to "sell" us on a particular product, just gave us the choices and facts. In our case our door was stuck in the open position and Precision was the only company that offered to close the door for us if we choose to go with them, and Ron returned the night we called to do just that. I have already recommended their service to a family member and will continue to do so in the future.

I was in a bad spot. I had just returned from a business trip, and my lawn needed attention immediately. My Garage door had broken when I was gone and would not move. Of course, my mower was inside. Precision came out on a weekend and fixed my door for much less than I expected. The service man was very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to use them again.

My experience with Precision was a positive one. Ronnie was personable and performed the service to my garage door quickly and to my satisfaction. The only negative was he was 30 minutes late. I would hire Precision again for any garage door work I need in the future.

New to the area, never had a garage door opener and it wasn't working so I went to the phone book. Ad looked professional and there was a discount for mentioning ad. Thought I would have to wait until next day but then they called back with time in 1 hour....great!!! The tech was very good about educating me about garage doors and fixed the problem plus pointed out other issues. Thanks!!!!
