A great experience with Precision! Had called other garage door companies and we not impressed with their customer service/salesmen (felt like we were a bother). Ron came out and gave us our options for two new garage doors...reasonable price ($675 a piece vs other quotes of up to $975 for the same door installed). Ron was terrific! Doors were ordered and installed with no problems. Installer was on time, got the job done with no problems and the doors look and work great!

This was our second time having Precision for a repair and our experience was similar - very prompt, very clear and thorough in explaining what needed to be done, and then an efficient and effective repair at a fair price. We had an issue with our overhead door and operator, and I called Precision because of their excellent reviews on Angie's List. They booked an appointment the very next day, and Ron called me on his way to my home as a courtesy to provide his ETA. Ron was very knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. He not only resolved my door and operator issues, he also performed maintenance, made adjustments, and best of all, answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to use Precision again, nor to recommend them. For an individual that generally does everything around my home myself, and that has been a very picky home inspector for close to 15-years, this is saying a lot. Thanks Ron - Great Job!

Just had Ron fix our broken door springs and lube the rollers. The door works so much better now. Ron was here at the time he stated and performed a quick repair. Our garage door would not open on a Saturday morning. We called Precision (and others) - Precision quoted us a time and cost to come out on Saturday and advised that they would improve if they could - which they did! (btw, the other companies we called NEVER returned our calls.) Ron was very professional and helpful. We are / were very pleased with his company and service.
