Ron came and replaced broken tension spring. He also advised me that it would be a good time to replace the rollers as well(with polyeurethane) ones). He did not pressure me into the decision, I made the decision and he was able to do all the work within a few hours. Service was professional from start to finish.

When our garage door broke we spoke with a number of area companies but quickly decided to go with Precision after meeting with Ron. Scheduling was quick and easy, Ron was very punctual for both the estimate and the install and was very respectful during both. The price was the better than the competition and he did not try to "sell" us on a particular product, just gave us the choices and facts. In our case our door was stuck in the open position and Precision was the only company that offered to close the door for us if we choose to go with them, and Ron returned the night we called to do just that. I have already recommended their service to a family member and will continue to do so in the future.

I was in a bad spot. I had just returned from a business trip, and my lawn needed attention immediately. My Garage door had broken when I was gone and would not move. Of course, my mower was inside. Precision came out on a weekend and fixed my door for much less than I expected. The service man was very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Our Garage door wouldn't go up -- the motor hummed, but the chain didn't move. I called Precision, and got a very knowledgable and friendly technician who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (a nylon gear, designed to "fail first" as it was easy to replace, had worn out). As a bonus, he checked, oiled, adjusted, and cleaned the rest of the opening mechanism.
