I highly recommend Precision. I never had to have my garage door repaired and didn't really know who to call. My garage door spring and cables broke on a weekend with my car stuck in the garage. I was sure I wouldn't be able to find anyone to come out and fix before Monday morning. I did an internet search and came across Precision who is a local company and has 24/7 answering service as well as weekend service. I was impressed that someone did answer my call on a Saturday evening and that there would be someone available to come out and fix my door. Ronnie was very professional, courteous, and patiently explained my options. He had my garage door fixed very quickly!

After examining our forty year old door Ron gave me the option to have the door replaced or repaired. I had already been told by another company that the door could not be repaired and that it would be dangerous to not have a new door installed. I chose "repair" I couldn't believe that in an hour Ron from Precision had our door running smoothly and quietly. It's great. It saved us a lot of money. Ron's quote for a new door turned out to be lower than other quotes I had. Because of their friendly, skilled professionalism and very fair pricing I will definitely be calling on Precision when it's time for a new door.

Very satisfied with the service. I was prepared to pay for a new garage door and received good information on the various grades and prices available. After evaluating my current door, he suggested possible repairs and replacement parts that would work for me. I ended up replacing springs, cables, and sheaves. oUTSTANDING SERVICE! I CALLED SEVERAL PLACES FOR REPAIR AND DIDN'T GET A CALL BACK. I CALLED PRECISION AND THEY CAME OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY. THOUGH I ONLY NEEDED MY DOOR OPENER REPAIRED, THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND ADJUSTED MY SPRINGS, GREASED THE ROLLERS AND PERFORMED SEVERAL OTHER TEST TO ENSURE THE DOOR WAS IN WORKING ORDER. Ron came out a very short time after I called. He was extremely cordial and knowledgeable. It was clear that he was very interested in doing a great job and making sure I was a satisfied customer. He provided repair options and clearly outlined the cost of each. He had all of the parts necessary to do the job on the spot. He even reprogrammed the system in our 2 vehicles so that they could open the door. I would recommend him to anyone and have! A true professional!

Precision was referred to my by my realtor, Ben Henderson. Ron Kull showed up assessed the situation within minutes ( a badly frayed cable), replaced faulty cable, balanced all forces, tightened bolts and voila! the door was good as new. Service was explained, efficient, technician was knowledgeable and courteous. Great experience!
