My springs broke on the 4th of July so I needed emergency service to get my car out the next day. Ron came the same day I called for service. He was very friendly and professional in explaining what needed to be done. He replaced the two springs and checked to make sure the garage door was working. He even lubricated the areas which was great. I highly recommend precision for getting the job done in a timely manner.

Ron was direct, and very helpful. Our Genie is 20+ years old and may not last much longer. He unplugged the unit, plugged it back in and it appear to work again (perhaps not for long). But there was no charge, as he said “I didn’t do anything.” That alone was refreshing! He did lubricate the rail, and said he hoped it lasted, but is sending me a quote for a replacement should the time come soon.

He used quality replacement parts and even made an extra trip back to the shop to replace the rubber strip on the bottom of the door. This really completed the job properly. Ron and his team at Precision Door are quick to respond, fairly priced and all round a great company. As a real estate agent I appreciate contractors that work hard for their customers.
