Ron and his team at Precision Door are quick to respond, fairly priced and all round a great company. As a real estate agent I appreciate contractors that work hard for their customers. I highly recommend their services and have to many friends, family and clients. After a major storm came through our area we had a slight issue with the new opener they installed. Came out within 24 hours of our call and addressed the issue, which ended being a simple solution, no fault of the device or their install.

Was having issue with door not closing. Of course once Mark got there at end of day he reset the manual option and naturally the door closed. He explained that he believed it has to do with the time of day/sunshine. He explained the sensors so I now know how to look at them (esp. the green one) and make sure it is not flashing. Also explained the lock feature on my units since I wasn't sure and he sprayed the tracks/wheels so the garage is definitely quieter. All in all he answered my questions. Explained things to me. Well done, Mark. Thank you for taking time to answer my questions.

Your website is well organized and effectively presented. The 5-star rating further encouraged my call. Your team's effective communications reinforced those good initial impressions. My garage door opener issues turned out to be minor, thankfully. Phil Mormon worked quickly - finding a problem with the sights not working properly, testing all my controls (even extending the reach of one and remounting it), changing the light bulbs, and completing a full inspection, all in about a half hour, and for the same fair amount the scheduler announced and Phil confirmed before starting the job. I will definitely recommend your company should the opportunity arise.

I’ve used this service before ( 2013) and found them to be efficient, professional and and personable. When a spring broke on my garage door this week, I naturally called Precision once more! The appointment process was smooth and the operator was pleasant to talk to even when I had to change my appointment date. ( I forgot I had a prior commitment). Ron arrived at stated time and was cheerful, professional, helpful and repaired the door in under 30 minutes. My garage was filled with detritus from on going renovation/ tossing out predicament , but Ron cheerfully moved things about in order to access the problem. At completion, he offered to help me replace the items back to the garage - which I though was wonderful ( but not necessary). Cheerful, friendly, professional and efficient. Great service. Very punctual. Appointment was as promised. Phone rep. and service man very polite. Job completed in assigned timeline. Company had the parts on the truck. Gave only 3 stars, because, I felt the parts were terribly overinflated. Service tech was relatively new on job, was probably why he left greasy finger prints on the outside of garage door. Lastly, you don't put your tools on the customers settee with seat cushions. No harm, but a service tech has to be aware of these things.

Mechanic named "Zee" showed up promptly and inspected six OH doors that needed some adjustments. Within two hours, he had all working smoothly again. My only real concern was that in the course of replacing the door rollers, the track was sprung and then straightened with a hammer and dolly. There should be a technique for roller replacement that does not result in kinking the track. Another observation: way, way too many emailed forms (ten printed pages!) for a rather minor straightforward repair.
