Service is always very prompt. The staff is courteous. The work is extremely well done and the service staff let's you know what has to be done to the equipment and the cost before starting the work. The garage area where the work is done has always been cleaned after the service has been completed.

I used Precision before & was very happy with their service so it was only natural to call them again. Ron was prompt, very professional, courteous & helpful when I asked questions. My garage door opener had to be replaced & Ron did an excellent job taking care of everything that had to be done including explaining everything about the new opener & having me test everything to make sure the remotes, key pad & wall pad worked ok. I called them for garage door service. They agreed on $65 service cost and $60 for the garage door wire. Garage door wire cost $10-15 bucks in Home Depot only. And then there were other parts which cost 3-5 bucks in home depot they charge five times for the part. End up fixing garage door for approx $200 dollar which could be repaired from less than $100 if I have chosen other places. If you ask for the service from this place I would recommend make sure you buy your own stuff from home depot or Lowe’s.

While I’m not happy to have a $65. spider web removed, your technician made it that much less painful. He totally turned a negative situation around. He is a wonderful ambassador for your company. Ron called to say he would be arriving earlier than expected which was great. He assessed my garage door and door opener situation, and gave me options to fixing/replacing them. He was very professional in all the steps that followed: repairing my older door and replacing the opener with a much updated model. He gave me the approximate time of completing all of the work and was well within those limits. I am so pleased with my finished products (door and opener). The door opens so quietly compared to my older one. I am extremely happy with Ron and Precision Door. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and also will call them with any similar issues in the future.

Ron was upfront about the possibility of my garage not being able to be repaired because of the age of the door, but he figured it out and got it done with “Precision “ lol! He took the time to even teach me how to program my padlock panel and explain how to make deer meat taste good! Thank you for a job well done-Tracy K.
