Service is great but pricing is ridiculous. Why does one need to pay for a service call when getting a new opener installed? I had a new water heater installed this year and service fee was waived when I purchased the heater. Next time around (hopefully not for many years) I’ll look elsewhere.

I’ve had Precision Door do other garage door work in the past. They are fast, reliable and reasonable. Felix replaced my door springs today, giving me a quote before work was started. There was no “Oh we found this too” for extra money during or after the job. Very professional service. (And the coupon was nice as well)

Chose Precision because of prior experience. Dave, the technician,is very personable and explained the problem and then fixed it. As it turns out, after Dave explained that the problem might not be permanently fixed, Precision is returning in a few days with a permanent solution, replacing the old sensor motors with all new equipment since the existing motors are almost 20 years old.
