Making a repair appt was fast & easy - only a couple day wait time, not weeks. I was (as promised) contacted by the tech coming out. He called first to advise he was running a bit behind, and then texted me when he was actually on his way. Thankfully repair was quick & easy. Mark knew what he was talking about, knew what he was doing, and got it done. He gave me an exact price PRIOR to doing any work. Glad we used Precision to install the doors and will keep using them for the service!

The entire experience was amazing. After experiencing poor service time after time lately it was refreshing to find a company that puts service and quality first. The service Technician, Marty had opening to repair our garage door earlier than what was scheduled, which was appreciated. He did quick analysis of problem, went over everything with me and confirmed my approval to proceed. Marty was very pleasant, worked very efficiently and answered any questions I had. Their customer service is unbelievably great. I initially requested for an emergency service because one spring of garage door was broken and, unfortunately, the door could not be opened manually. I thought the repair would not be done until evening. To my surprise, they contacted me in the early afternoon when one of the technicians was available. The technician showed up within one hour and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Guess what? The surcharge of the emergency service was waived. I will surely recommend my friends to choose Precision for the garage door service.

WE like whoever appears to do the required repairs. They explain their efforts beforehand, answer all my ?s and are pleasantly business-minded. With repeat great service, there is no need to select any other than Precision Door. A homeowner would be foolish to go elsewhere.

This was my first time hiring Precision and it was a great experience. I was able to get an appt within 2 days of calling, I was given a time frame, and the technician called me when he was on his way. Once he arrived he was friendly, solved the problem I was having with my door, and explained ways to keep it in good working order. I would hire Precision again. Thank you!
