New doors and opener installed today. The techs were quick and efficient and clean up was excellent. Sinad and Spencer did a great job. Love the new doors, makes a great improvement on the outside look of the house and they are so quiet. Had a 2 Amarr Lincoln 2000 doors with Arch Thames windows and PDS Linear opener installed, very happy with both choices. Ron, the owner, came out the give the estimate and gave me very clear and precise information, would definitely recommend and use this company again. Very customer oriented!

Senaid Kapic was my repair technician. I had a snapped cable, broken bracket, and bent door. I called for a garage door repair at 2pm, he was here by 4:15, and gone by 4:45 (and I live out in the 315 boonies). He was courteous and efficient. Your Tech arrived well before expected. He looked at the problem (broken spring) assessed the repairs needed and gave me an estimate right away. I approved the cost and he had my door fixed and operating better than ever in no time. The price was very reasonable and the entire process was completed within about an hour from when I called. We called Precision because they had replaced our garage door opener at our last residence in Hamlin. The owner, Ron, came today to our new home in Churchville. He was very efficient and did a great job replacing the springs and giving service maintenance to the garage doors.

Felix was our technician. He came over and taught us all about our garage doors (my neighbor's too). He explained that what I wanted done would not help the situation. He was 100% correct, I didn't even think about what he told me. The point is, he could have given me a song and dance and charged whatever - and replaced whatever - but he didn't. He was so honest. We were both very appreciative and impressed, it doesn't happen like this too much anymore. So, which company do you think the both of us, actually 3 houses (another neighbor was watching too) will go to when we have any kind of garage door issue?
