We tried opening the garage door one evening and found it would not open due to a broken spring. We call Precision and they sent a technician within a half hour. Although we had to pay an "emergency" service fee to get the quick response, the peace of mind of having the repair done was worth the extra cost. The technician did an excellent job doing the repair and checked the whole system (other spring, rollers, opener, etc.) to ensure proper operation.

The cables on my garage door had rotted off and needed replacement. Mark S. came out promptly and was more than professional. Our service technician Mark was skilled, personable, professional and able to recommend based on my repair questions. In these days It’s not always common to be pleased with customer service and performance reliability, but Precision has done that for us and I will use them again and often recommend them.

I just wanted to say how amazing Dave Ackley was when he came out to service my garage door. I appreciate his honesty & knowledge letting me know my door is in great shape for an older home. He told me I could wait on replacement. Considering I just had to replace roof. He even showed me how to keep rollers he replaced lubricated to keep door in shape. He said reach out anytime if you have further questions. Being a newer home owner. I value him not trying to sell me something I don’t need which I know some might do. We had a cable break on the door for my wife's garage entrance on a Sunday morning (of course....). I called Garage Doors Rochester and answered the questions regarding location, etc. The scheduler gave me a time "between 12 and 2 pm). The service provider arrived a few minutes early, diagnosed the problem, and started work right away. While testing the door, a different cable on the same door (1993 installation) broke. He fixed it, tested it, and lubricated the cables and springs on both doors. On time, efficient, (and working efficiently in a 24 degree garage). Perfect!
