Technician quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener and made the repair. He wasn’t very professional and explained things thoroughly. No heavy pressure up sale for other services. Highly recommend.

I used Precision before & was very happy with their service so it was only natural to call them again. Ron was prompt, very professional, courteous & helpful when I asked questions. My garage door opener had to be replaced & Ron did an excellent job taking care of everything that had to be done including explaining everything about the new opener & having me test everything to make sure the remotes, key pad & wall pad worked ok. Everything worked fine & I am very happy with the results. Thanks Ron for all your efforts. Anne Kloc

Ron for the service was awesome. Friendly in a casual way that portrays confidence and quality work. He really put me in a better mood than I was. Give him a raise. You need to keep him. Just saying.

I called them for garage door service. They agreed on $65 service cost and $60 for the garage door wire. Garage door wire cost $10-15 bucks in Home Depot only. And then there were other parts which cost 3-5 bucks in home depot they charge five times for the part. End up fixing garage door for approx $200 dollar which could be repaired from less than $100 if I have chosen other places. If you ask for the service from this place I would recommend make sure you buy your own stuff from home depot or Lowe’s.

I had an emergency appointment scheduled for replacing a broken torsion spring. I received a call early the following day to move my appointment up. Talk about quick response. I don't need any advertising. From my past experience I only called Precision. Ron has courteous and professional even our dog Mandy approved. I recommend Precision to anyone. Thank you again for outstanding service.

I initially chose Precision because they were local and had many great reviews. Excellent service from the person taking my initial call to the technicians who changed the springs on my garage door. "Z" was our tech and his service was prompt, courteous, thorough and well done. I would highly recommend them.

While I’m not happy to have a $65. spider web removed, your technician made it that much less painful. He totally turned a negative situation around. He is a wonderful ambassador for your company. Also, it would serve your customers well to have access to a technician on the phone. I would have been spared this service call… but alas I’m happy to provide Mr. Mormon with a bit of job security.

Ron called to say he would be arriving earlier than expected which was great. He assessed my garage door and door opener situation, and gave me options to fixing/replacing them. He was very professional in all the steps that followed: repairing my older door and replacing the opener with a much updated model. He gave me the approximate time of completing all of the work and was well within those limits. I am so pleased with my finished products (door and opener). The door opens so quietly compared to my older one. I am extremely happy with Ron and Precision Door. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and also will call them with any similar issues in the future.

I would highly recommend Precision Doors, and Mark Sherman, to everyone, without question. Thank you for a great job!
