The garage door spring broke and we needed it repaired quickly. Ron was out within two hours and repaired it in less than an hour. This was our second time having Precision for a repair and our experience was similar - very prompt, very clear and thorough in explaining what needed to be done, and then an efficient and effective repair at a fair price. They will continue to be our "go to" company for all things related to our garage door.

I needed an adjustment to my garage door. It would either go all the way back up or after my adjustment go part of the way up. I called Precision after checking reviews online. I made the right decision as Mark Sherman responded to my house ahead of schedule. He was very professional and informative. He had it adjusted and lubed the spring and rollers before I could get out of my truck. I would not hesitate to call again.

After calling with what I thought was an instillation issue, the tech came to my house and fixed my door. He was polite and showed me the bracket that was used was in fact correct. Even though I gave him a bunch of grief (and I was wrong) he did a great job of fixing my door, was courteous and friendly, and I appreciated the service. Turns out he was a N.Y. Giants fan, as am I. We will continue to use your company
