Precision came down the next morning after our request for service at 7:30 pm. Before arriving, the technician, Mark, texted us his photo and a little bit about himself so we would know who to expect (loved this!). He was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and replaced our door opener promptly. We highly recommend this company!!

My wife hit the garage door that was previously installed by precision. The bottom panel needed replacement. The panel matched door perfectly. The technician actually arrived early. The panel was replaced in a very short amount of time and the door looks perfect.

So far I am impressed with the speed in which my problem was addressed; an issue with the electronic light beams if that's what they're called. I believe the technician's name was Mike and he was both educational and respectful. I would definitely call again if there is a problem.

They have truly mastered the art of communication, beginning with live chat service on their website, even on Saturday. They were prompt and efficient, completing our project on a snowy Monday, within 48 hours of our initial contact, and the price was what they said it would be. We especially appreciated knowing they were heading our way, with an accurate ETA, and receiving a picture of the technician en route, so that we could recognize him on arrival.
