Our new garage door and opener were installed December of 2017 and Precision did have to come back to install the vinyl for the door in January of 2018. From my initial talks with getting a quote through the installation process I could not have been happier. My installer Drew was extremely knowledgeable, talented and helpful with setting up devices. He was very professional throughout the installation. Mary whom I was in contact with for scheduling kept me up to date with timing and availability and worked around any scheduling issues that needed to be addressed.

Great job by Mark Sherman today. Mark was very professional and personable. He explained what the problems were, checked over all parts and did not try to sell parts that were not needed. Mark made adjustments, lubed everything and now the door goes up and down properly. Thanks Mark, I will definitely call again if needed.

Drew contacted me to let me know he would arrive early. He then activated two new remotes and got them to work with one old remote I had. He also explained what was wrong with the keypad and that it would require a replacement of the garage door opener when it finally broke.

Had a problem with garage door not opening completely. problem intermittent. Technician made adjustments and issue resolved. Door was inspected by another garage door company several months ago and said all was ok. Made no adjustments, Door subsequently failed and auto damaged to the tune of $1000.00

Our garage door would not open on a Saturday morning. We called Precision (and others) - Precision quoted us a time and cost to come out on Saturday and advised that they would improve if they could - which they did! (btw, the other companies we called NEVER returned our calls.) Ron was very professional and helpful. We are / were very pleased with his company and service. Will call Precision again if we ever need service on our garage door and recommend them to our friends and family. Thanks!

Precision was the only business willing to address our need the same day. The service tech (Mark) arrived 2hrs earlier than expected and took care of the issue. The temperature was 5 degrees that evening. He was professional and resolved the issue promptly. My wife and I are very pleased with the product and work done but more importantly we felt like they really cared because of the timely response. Great Service , I had an emergency and they scheduled me the same night Felix was great he call shortly after I called to let us know he was on his waY, he was polite and had us fixed in no time. Great service from the person answering the call to the service tech.
