We had a new garage door opener installed by Mark Sherman and his associate on !/2/2018. He talked with our warranty company to explain that our current unit was not repairable and needed to be replaced. We got the OK to proceed and they promptly completed the job. Both Mark and assistant were a treat to work with. We paid them, and they explained the operation etc. Very pleased, Bob & Diane Edwards

Everything about my garage door opener was very refreshing. First there really a real person who answered the phone when I first called. Then the technician arrived at my place at the time I was told he would. After his examination of my current opener hi recommended the one that would be best for me. And, he had one on his truck an, installed it quickly. The price was well within my expectation.

I would highly recommend Precision. Felix was polite and excellent at his job. He was honest telling us he could fix the opener but couldn’t guarantee it and it was only a small amount more to replace the whole thing. We are loving our new key pad and app. ????.

In sub-zero wind chill weather on a holiday week-end, Jennifer (who answered the phone) assured us Precision could fix the broken chain on our "primary" garage door today. Ron was here in about 2 hours, explained what needed to be done, told us up front what it would cost (honoring the coupon from the website), and was done in about 45 minutes. From start to finish, these folks were professional and just great people! THANK YOU!

My spring snapped on my garage door and I was referred to Precision by a friend who used them and said they are great. They were! I called at 8 am and they were at my house at 3! On time, personable - took care of it in 20 minutes!!! Great service - would use them again and highly recommend. Reasonable price!

We had Precision Door Service of Rochester at our home initially for two garage door repairs. And then scheduled another service call for installation of two new garage door openers. Mark Sherman was our technician for the repairs and then we requested him for the installation of the garage door openers. Called Precision at 4pm, they had the spring (and some associated parts) replaced before the time of the appointment. There was a charge for emergency service, but I'd expect that when you're asking someone to show up after ours. The technician left the parts and provided an explanation of what was broken. Door is working just fine

After scheduling for an emergency service, we were called to say there was a new opening to service our door earlier. The service man called to say he was on his way and when to expect him. He was prompt and inspected everything to be sure that the gear replacement was all that was needed. He explained what was needed and what the options were. He was quick in he work and the door opener was working perfectly. Very happy with the service

Ron was my service technician. He arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. He explained what needed to be done and was finished within the time frame stated. All this in zero degree temperatures!
