I called because one of my springs snapped. They came out the next day and fixed the problem. I asked them to do preventative maintenance on my garage doors--I installed them in 1984. The price was reasonable. The service man was so helpful and courteous. He was quick, too. Overall, my experience with Precision gives them a top of the heap rating. I would certainly recommend them.

I recently bought a house with a Precision door opener. I called to get a remote and keypad and was pleasantly surprised to get a same day appointment with a 2 hour window for service. The team was able to come earlier than scheduled! They were cordial and helpful explaining and demonstrating the safety feature of the garage door and options for installing the keypad. I was happy with my entire experience with Precision. I was able to set up an appointment through the chat feature after working hours. It was great that they have Saturday appointments too. Mark called when he was half an hour away which was helpful. Mark was awesome! He was able to explain what needed to be done to ensure safe operation of my garage door. The cables, pulleys and springs were all replaced and Mark installed safety cables on the springs. He was very professional and friendly. The difference in operation from before and after the service is incredible. The door is easier to lift and much quieter. The price quoted was the total at the end and was very reasonable. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

I called mid morning and by the afternoon a repair person was at work. Mine was a minor repair but I also had a periodic issue with the sun interfering with the operation of my opener. While I didn't mention that issue on the initial request, when the repair person came I asked if something could be done. Now it's ALL fixed! Excellent customer service!!
