My garage door is the original with the house…over 60 years old! When a spring broke the other night I ran up to the Home Depot thinking I could buy a new spring and repair it myself. How wrong I was! More complicated than I thought. I called Precision first thing in the morning, they arrived when promised, and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. Very professional, knew exactly what they were doing and a reasonable price. When it’s time for a new garage door, I will be calling Precision.

We had an issue with our overhead door and operator, and I called Precision because of their excellent reviews on Angie's List. They booked an appointment the very next day, and Ron called me on his way to my home as a courtesy to provide his ETA. Ron was very knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. He not only resolved my door and operator issues, he also performed maintenance, made adjustments, and best of all, answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to use Precision again, nor to recommend them. For an individual that generally does everything around my home myself, and that has been a very picky home inspector for close to 15-years, this is saying a lot. Thanks Ron - Great Job!

Our garage door broke today and Precision Door gave us fast and great service. We would definitely recommend them. We were referred by our daughter who was very pleased with their work. Ron called me to let me know that he was on his way to my house and would be there in about 20 minutes. He actually arrived 5 minutes early. I explained the problem and he went right to work. He said that he'd let me know when he'd solved the problem. Approximately 20 minutes later he explained the problem with my garage door opener and showed me what he'd done to correct the problem. He let me know that my opener was 20 years old so he left me information on a new garage opener. He explained that everything was fine but if I had problems in the future I might consider getting a new opener. HE WAS GREAT!

Felix came out to our home, and fixed our garage door. There was an issue with something getting wound up and causing the garage door to go up or down at an angle. About two months prior we had an independent contractor come out and fix the senors. He came from Greece (20 minutes away) Complained it was too far for him and over charged us. Not to get too emotional, but as we were moving my Father's (He passed 1/5/18) office into our garage was when we noticed the issue of the door coming down sideways. A week later my Father passed. All I wanted was to get it fixed ASAP, so it was one last thing my Mother had to worry about. We called this independent contractor who said he will be out in the next week. We waited a month for him to show up. I called him, he claimed we were too far, and he hurt his shoulder. A call would of been nice. I looked up Precision, and I thought with the amazing website, and customer service this was gonna be a lot of money. From the extremely simple phone call to set-up an appointment that took mere minutes, to getting someone out to our ("too far") house the very next morning, to Felix being amazing with his knowledge, friendliness, and understanding. He explained everything in terms I would understand, didn't comment on my still-in-pajama appearance, and he did an fantastic job. The price was a lot more reasonable, and I will only be using Precision for now on. I definitely would recommend this great company!!

Why won't the garage door go up? Help, I can't get the car out of the garage! My husband noticed that there was a break in the spring. We called Precision and a repairman was at our home within 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable and completed the repair in no time at all. Great service from a professional who knew what he was doing. Drew/Precision was great. Actually called and arrived early. The garage door spring broke over the weekend and had service on Monday. We had been looking at replacing the garage door opener with WiFi capability and discussed options and costs and in less than 2 hours, both the spring and opener were replaced.

I was very glad to be able to get someone to come to the house on a Sunday morning to replace my garage door opener - my door was stuck in the open position and my emergency release wasn't working!
