Outstanding ! Same day service. Mark the technician, was very knowledgeable. Not only fixed the problem but also made known of possible future problems with my opener. Ex. weak spring for my size door. I would not hesitate to call Precision in the future.

Amidst the March 2017 winter storm that hit out region, our garage door spring broke. I called Precision for repair in the early evening. I inquired about emergency services and they offered me service that evening. Dave A. was great. He prompted me with a call and was extremely friendly upon arrival. He assessed the problem and provided me with options to resolve the issue without any pressure. He did a great job and worked diligently. Within 2 hours from the time I called for service the repair was complete. I was extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend them! Thank you!!!

I was very pleased with the outcome of my dilemma. I was experiencing a problem with my garage door, it simply wouldn't stay closed, so after tweaking every adjustment possible I made the decision to call a professional. Mark showed up, but first calling to inform me that he would be a few minutes late and it was only a few minutes and he had by door issue taken care in less than 10mins. This service was awesome ! I called on SUNDAY & made an appt. for Monday. ( I was so surprised that an appt. would be made on Sunday .) The technician arrived , EARLY , and explained everything : the sensors had to be cleaned and aligned. He made some suggestions about future care, and even changed a battery in one of the remotes . He was extremely professional. I highly recommend them . 5 stars !

We had experienced a couple incidences of our garage door opener not working properly. Called Precision and they got us scheduled the next day on a Sunday at normal rates even though it was during the weekend. David Mackay was our technician and we considered how much longer we should keep investing in repairs to an approximately 20 year old opener. Just so happened that a friend of mine mentioned that he had a belt opener and was happy with it. From speaking with David, we decided to have a whole new belt opener installed. So thankful to God and happy that we did. David did a wonderful job installing it and finished in a surprisingly quick time. He explained the operation and I was very impressed on how quiet it ran. Thank you David. Also wanted to note that the price of the new opener was very reasonable. Thank you again.

Very quick scheduling of garage door springs replacement and prompt arrival by technician Mark Sherman at scheduled appointment date/time. Mark was extremely polite, professional, very knowledgeable, and performed a very efficient job replacing my garage door springs. I was impressed by the care Mark took to closely scrutinize the movement of the garage door after replacing the springs, and he took the time to re-check and appropriately adjust the tension of the springs for optimal door operation and ease of use. Mark was very personable throughout the appointment and didn't hesitate to answer any questions we had regarding the installation process, safety, and parts & installation costs. I will definitely refer family & friends to Precision for any garage door service needs and recommend they request Mark as the responding service technician. Thank you!

Felix was the first Tech that came out for the estimate. he was very helpful and gave me all the information that I needed to make an informed decision. no hassle, no pressure. Gave me the literature and let me decide. Mark came out to do the work a couple weeks later. excellent work. cleaned up after themselves. did not try to sell me an opener I didn't need, very courteous . definitely recommend. very reasonable. way better than the big box store.
