Dave did an outstanding job with the garage door installation. With it recently being painted, the door started sticking, thereby loosing its smooth operation. I called to have it checked, and a technician arrived shortly after I called. The sticking was caused by the paint still drying a month after is was applied. His suggestion of applying Vaseline between the doors (sparingly) resolved the issue.

Office staff was very professional and helpful when scheduling an appointment, and we also liked the follow up email confirmation with a picture of the technician that was to visit us. The technician was also very courteous and professional; he arrived at the stated time, he quickly solved our problem, and gave us very good maintenance advice for keeping our garage door in working order. We were very pleased all the way around!

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Felix. He was thorough in explaining the condition of our doors and what we could do to improve their performance. He did not pressure us to do anything beyond the basic door tune up. We did decide to install new rollers to quiet the door's operation. His attention was very professional and we would certainly utilize Precision's services again.

My garage door was hesitating intermittently. I saw a deal on Angie's list that ended up being perfect for me. Mark came out, replaced my rollers, helped me set up the outside digital opener (which had never worked for the two years that I've lived here) and taught me some maintenance tricks. My garage door now works perfectly! I would highly recommend their service.

The owner came out to my house as scheduled on time and gave me a quote. We dickered a little and he won the bid based on QUALITY & PRICE. The Precision install crew made up of two men came out again as scheduled on time. They were friendly efficient and professional. There were a couple of additional things I wanted on the doors and they were very accommodating and willing to please. The doors look great, work great and are high quality. I highly recommend you get a quote from this company. I am completely satisfied and I don't say that very often.
