After assessing the damage after a wind storm and then heavy snow storm I found two damaged garage doors. I contacted Precision and they came the next day. The whole process took just about 2 hours. The tech assessed the damage and provided us a clear written quote. He also told us it would take him just about two hours which it did.The tech was very knowledgeable, his truck was fully equipped and when completed he explained how to operate the new unit. Amidst the March 2017 winter storm that hit out region, our garage door spring broke. I called Precision for repair in the early evening. I inquired about emergency services and they offered me service that evening. Dave A. was great. He prompted me with a call and was extremely friendly upon arrival. He assessed the problem and provided me with options to resolve the issue without any pressure. He did a great job and worked diligently. Within 2 hours from the time I called for service the repair was complete. I was extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend them! Thank you!!!
