I found Precision on Internet search for Garage Door openers. Called and scheduled appointment for that afternoon. Prompt service; called before came to let me know he'd be there at specific time beforehand. He found that my 15 year old opener had been wired incorrectly, even though it still functioned. He re-wired it, adjusted sensors, lubricated tracks and inspected for other problems. Very helpful with recommendations. I would definitely recommend this company. Their cost for a service call was half of that quoted from original garage door opener installer.

After assessing the damage after a wind storm and then heavy snow storm I found two damaged garage doors. I contacted Precision and they came the next day. The whole process took just about 2 hours. The tech assessed the damage and provided us a clear written quote. He also told us it would take him just about two hours which it did.The tech was very knowledgeable, his truck was fully equipped and when completed he explained how to operate the new unit.
