I just had my garage door repaired and the entire experience was great! Felix Coriano was my tech and he was FABULOUS! He called and gave me a 20 minute "heads up" which was very much appreciated. Upon arrival he was super polite and very informative regarding the repair needed. I also appreciate him letting me know what was needed to keep the system running smoothly for years to come. My daughter and son-in-law purchased a garage door and opener from Precision and were very pleased. They recommended Precision to me. The installation of the garage door and opener were done on the date and time promised. The work was done very well and the door and opener work very well. Dave was early. He looked over the situation and gave me options and what the cost was. I/he thought it would be a repair, but when he got to the opener he could see it would require replacement. Dave showed me where the issue was. Preformed the new installation and programmed the unit. Tested it before he left. Good Job.

Drew came out to my house yesterday to fix a broken spring on my garage door. After looking at the door, he explained that while the spring was broken, replacing the springs would not fix the actual problem which was a cracked door panel. Drew created an estimate on what was needed to be done to fix the problem, explained the process and pricing, and even told me to shop around if I wanted. He was confident that the pricing and services offered by Precision would not be beat. I greatly appreciate Drew being thorough and upfront. Many businesses would have you pay for the repair today, and the total replacement later. We plan to schedule our door replacement with Precision in the next few weeks.

Dave was courteous enough to call me right after his job and came over to assess my situation. He found the problem; allowed the door to close and lock. He was also able to measure the doorway and offer me an estimate for new doors, which I was already contemplating.

Our garage door broke fairly late one evening and the technician from Precision Door Service came out at 9pm -- I was so pleased as the door wouldn't close. The technician was very friendly and answered any questions we asked, explained the work he was going to do and made sure we were happy with that. I'm sorry to say I can't remember his name. we're very, very pleased with the service and will definitely call Precision Door Service in the furure.
