amazing service! I called at 6:30 AM that our garage door was inoperable, with both of our cars in the garage and not even the manual engage would work. Ron had someone out to the house by 9:00AM! Drew was the tech and he was great! I will not use another garage door service now that I discovered Precision and I have already told several people what a great service it was. Drew had installed broken springs and cables and I still made it to work on time.

my torque/spring bar fail with a broken spring. I call Precision door repair and today Drew Stewart came to my house and put in a new spring/torque system. The entire process was enjoyable with Precision! Ron came out for my estimate. Then on the day of installation for my new 17-ft garage door, Ron came out first thing in the morning to remove the old doors and hardware so the contractor could get to work turning my two doors into one. Then Drew came back to finish the job. They were both friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I would absolutely, 100% recommend Precision to everyone I know.
