Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in making proper selections. Delivery and installation of a new door and opener was prompt and everything was neat and clean when completed. I was in a bad spot. I had just returned from a business trip, and my lawn needed attention immediately. My Garage door had broken when I was gone and would not move. Of course, my mower was inside. Precision came out on a weekend and fixed my door for much less than I expected. The service man was very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to use them again.

New to the area, never had a garage door opener and it wasn't working so I went to the phone book. Ad looked professional and there was a discount for mentioning ad. Thought I would have to wait until next day but then they called back with time in 1 hour....great!!! The tech was very good about educating me about garage doors and fixed the problem plus pointed out other issues. Thanks!!!!

Wonderful experience with this company especially when compared to another company in town that starts with an F. The man who installed our opener was super! He made sure we got the opener that met our needs so we would use the built in garage door openers that are in our cars instead of having to use the ones that came with the unit. He did not have the proper opener in his truck so he had to make a special trip to get the right one. The installation was fast and perfect. He made sure all was working well and that we knew everything about our new opener as it had more features then our old one. And he installed a box outside of the house so we could get inside the garage if we locked ourselves out which has happened before. I highly and I mean highly recommend this company. Oh one more huge thing the installer actually was friendly and valued our business and gave use great customer service. Other stores can learn from Precision overhead door service company!
