I am very pleased with Precision Door Services. When I called I was told someone would call me between eight and 10 in the morning. I assumed it would be closer to 10. Zikret Osmic called me shortly after eight to tell me he was 17 minutes away. I was pleased that he showed up within 17 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable told me what I needed. He then replaced my two cables in short time. I would definitely recommend precision door services to friends and colleagues.

Ron provides excellent service as usual. Comes BEFORE the scheduled time (if convenient of course to you) and obviously fixes the issue quickly. Charges...let us just say...much more than reasonable..especially in these inflationary times

Called at 11:30 this morning (Sunday) for a repair and Ron was here at 1:30. He made the repair then inspected whole door and lubricated it. Very professional. Finished by 2:00. The repair cost was very reasonable. An excellent experience.. same as when the door was purchased from and installed by Precision.

Technician Sadmir did a great job. I asked him if I could watch him as works and he was okay with that. He replaced 2 coil springs and all the rollers on the door. What a difference that made. It runs smooth and quieter. Like a new door. I asked a lot of questions on the upkeep of the door. I liked his answers, and I learned a lot. I would recommend Precision door service to others.

Felix was very professional and friendly. He was quick to replace the broken spring and let us know the other would brake soon, so we had him replace both. Precision always has parts that are needed on hand. What a great company! Thank you Felix!
