This company is top notch! I used another company for years and then the one time I needed a right away appointment they couldn't be bothered. That's when I found Precision - not only did they come that time without an emergency charge, they fixed it up at a reasonable charge. That won my business going forward. Today they put in a new garage door opener and very pleased!

It's -1 degrees outside today (1/31/2019) and the technicians, Drew and Chris, came after a courtesy call (as promised). Drew explained everything in detail first, then promptly got to work. They removed the broken garage door opener and installed the new one in one hour! They removed all debris. Drew even programed my car's remote control for me!

These guys are fantastic! First Dave came in the middle of a 2' snow storm and it wasn't even an emergency. He walked me through everything that was broken or need repair and we agreed that a new garage door would be best all around. The installation was scheduled very quickly to my amazement. Marty came too install the new door and did an excellent job. The job was done in only 3 hours and there was no clean up or rubbish to be done. Marty explain everything about the new door and made sure that it ws all working properly before he left. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone. Everything was perfect from A to Z and even better than I expected. Call them for repairs or new installation you won't be sorry!

Over the last few years, I have had Precision Garage Door work on my garage door three times. They have replaced the rollers, then the motor, and this time the big spring over the door. Each time they have arrived promptly, did the work quickly and efficiently. They give me a phone call before they come and information on which tech will be showing up. They have all been great guys and answer all of my questions. The charges have been reasonable. I highly recommend them for garage door repairs.
