The technician was extremely quick and efficient. Set up two garage door openers with exactly the features I wanted without trying to up-sell me. From start to finish, he took maybe an hour and a half to remove two broken openers and replace them with new ones along with new keypad and sensors, including the time it took him to go pick up the new parts! He walked me through the setup and care of the openers and doors.

The only good thing is they gave me a new remote to open existing garage opener. The man that came, Ron, was the owner. He was grouchy, rude, and condescending. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. For a minor fix as well. Never calling them again.

Our spring broke at 6:30am this morning (Saturday). I called Precision at 8:00 when they opened and Rob was here by noon. He was in and out in 15 minutes and was a super nice and pleasant guy! I’m not in a rush but when our garage door does ever need to be replaced, I’ll for sure call Precision. Thanks so much guys!

Today I had my garage door repaired. It’s one of the old heavy ones. In fact it’s the original one from when the garage was built very heavy. I love it but I’ve had it repaired more than once. And it’s time to replace it. I give the work 4 stars and the door is working great. I will check around on door pricing before and different styles before I am ready to do anything. I believe this company has been fair with its pricing and they do quality work.
