I had a spring on the garage door brake on Friday and Precision was willing to make the repair on Sunday to mitigate the inconvenience of the door not working properly. Ron called before coming to make sure I was ready for the repair, very considerate. Ron explained all the options available from just repairing the spring to replacing the entire door. I called the office at 9am saying that my door wouldn't open, was promised a technician between 11am & 1pm, and Ronnie arrived about noon. Not only was my garage door working again in no time, but it was noticeably much quieter, too. Ronnie realigned the door's tracks, strengthened the supports for the tracks, sprayed moving parts with silicon, and replaced the door opener that I used to have to press with a lot of effort. Now all I have to do is touch the door opener and the response is immediate and quiet. The price was right, too. It was 5 star service, easily.
