We have had previous work done by Precision Door Service, as always, they came when they said they would, they explained our options fully and did the work in a timely manor. What more could you ask for? Ron was very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again, and would ask for Ron.

I have been in sales and customer service for about 20 years so I recognize first class when I see it. You folks are first class. Ron came over on a snowy cold day and was super prompt and courteous. Their work was great, I will recommend them any chance I get. Thanks again , I really appreciate it!!

Our garage door spring broke, I checked the websites of a few places and liked the practical approach of precision, and the customer reviews. They came the same day I called, Ron was great, was direct about what was broke, how they could fix it and what it would cost. He offered me two paths, one to replace only the spring, the other to replace the spring and the rollers. Based on his advice I chose to add the new rollers, the doors now work better than ever, fixed same day, for the price he quoted. Great work, thank you!

My experience with Precision was professional and pleasant, from the initial phone call setting up the appointment, to the service call itself. Ron was personable, informative and professional. Ron gave me options, as well as, a detailed analysis of my garage door's condition. After the repair my door operates smoother then ever, I will be calling Ron and his team for my garage door needs in the future. Thank You George

We called Precision several times to service our old garage doors and were very pleased with the prompt, courteous service we received. Even on weekends! So when it came time to replace the garage doors and openers, we naturally called Precision. Once again we were pleased with what they offered. Not only their product but also their service. We would highly recommend them.

Definitely put this company on your list for garage door service. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner himself did the spring repair. Ron arrived soon after I placed my call. He explained the situation, was very personable and professional. The charge was fair and reasonable. Excellent customer service all around!

Called and made an appt to get prices on a new door.Ron was delayed but called to inform me when he would be there.Very friendly professional. Talked doors told him what my wife wanted and he worked it up on his tablet -very nice. The only merchant out of 3 that did that. Explained prices sent me an email with the pricing which was very clear. PRECISION WAS THE LOWEST PRICE OF THE THREE FOR THE SAME DOORS AND INSTALL!! VERY PLEASED - WILL BE CALLING YOU! Many thanks Larry

We chose Precision because one of our friends had just had their garage door opener replaced by Precision and highly recommended them. we certainly understand why they raved about their service! Our technician was Ron. He was timely (actually a bit early which was great), friendly, and took the time to explain what the problems were that we were experiencing and what our options were to fix them. Ron was certainly not pushy...a pure professional! We appreciated the time he took to review the operating instructions of the new garage door opener we purchased...which by the way is wonderful - quiet, sleek and did I say quiet? In a nutshell....Ron was awesome! We'll be telling our friends to call Precision!!!

Ron met me at my daughter's home to review options for a new garage door. He was extremely helpful, competent, and professional. He explained our options, made recommendations, and provided a very fair and comparable price for the service. Most importantly, the new door will be delivered and installed three days from now on a Sunday. I would recommend the services of Precision Door without any hesitation.
