I highly recommend Precision Door of Rochester AND Ronnie, who is the owner of the Company. I wish I could say that I have found something wrong, since I had the new door and opener installed by Ron, but the only thing is the door. It is so quiet when I let it down, that I have to look to see if it actually happened.....AND IT DID!! Thank you, Ron, for the quality and the top notch service I received by you.

Our garage door spring broke at 7.15am on thursday 05.21.12. Phone call was made to Precision at 7.30am. Ron was here by 8.40am. Excellent service! Excellent Technician!

I called the office at 9am saying that my door wouldn't open, was promised a technician between 11am & 1pm, and Ronnie arrived about noon. Not only was my garage door working again in no time, but it was noticeably much quieter, too. Ronnie realigned the door's tracks, strengthened the supports for the tracks, sprayed moving parts with silicon, and replaced the door opener that I used to have to press with a lot of effort. Now all I have to do is touch the door opener and the response is immediate and quiet. The price was right, too. It was 5 star service, easily.

Ron was very thorough in his discussion with me regarding the repair he made to my garage door opener. He gave me the options available to me if I should need them for a new opener and a new door. Even though he owns the company, there was no high pressure sales pitch, he just answered my questions and provided the info.

I reached out to the folks at Precision Door via email when my old garage door opener was acting up. Within a matter of a couple hours, I was provided with all the options for selecting a new opener and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Ron arrived on time, was friendly and professional. We discussed the opener options and he was candid about not selling me a model that I didn't need. Everything was installed and operating within an hour. Ron took time to explain all aspects of the operations of the new opener and he even programmed the auto opener in my car for me. I highly recommend these folks for any garage door needs. I actually need a new door this summer and will be contacting Precision Door for the replacement.

Ron did a great job on fixing my garage door, my tension spring broke and 2 cables,Ron explained to me that a 16ft. garage door should really have two tension spring`s instead of one and that it would be safer.He was at my house early and got the job done fast. I will highly recommend Precision Door service to my friend`s and neighbors and I will call on them again for other work in the near future.

Prompt, knowledgeable, very good service experience. Had called a competitor at approximately 7:30 A.M. and went directly into voice mail. Called Precision after reading a few customer comments and not only did I speak to a Human being, but they were there when they promised and was on my way in about 30 minutes. I can't ask much more than that.

We chose Precision because it was highly recommended by a family member. Our original garage door opener was old and on it's way out. Ron came over the same day we called. Ron came to our rescue when my Mother-in-laws garage door didn't work and fix it quickly and reasonably. We were able to get the house sold and move on. When our garage door, springs and cables broke we knew Precision was the one we wanted. Again Ron and associate came to ours rescue and had us up and running in no time.
