On Christmas Eve night our garage door opener chain broke and the garage door popped out of its track. We called Precision and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday (we were in no rush since our car was outside when this happened) and they came right on time, did the work efficiently and professionally, and made sure we were 100% satisfied. We couldn't be happier. We had heard of Precision from the previous owners of our house who had used them years before and were really happy with their work. We would highly recommend them for your repair needs!

We chose Precision to replace our garage door and garage door opener for a number of reasons such as the prior service we received when we needed our garage door repaired; the fact evening and weekend appointments were available for the estimate; and you could design the type of door in which you were interested. Ron was very professional and knowledgeable during our estimate appointment. We also liked that he was not a high pressured salesperson. His professionalism was again demonstrated during his installation of our door and subsequent opener which we ended up having replaced. Our neighbor commented he was impressed with how quickly the job was completed. We are very satisfied with our new garage door and opener and would highly recommend Precision to anyone wanting their door replaced.

We needed emergency repair done on our garage door after the spring broke. I called Precision even though it was after hours, and within an hour Ron was at my front door. After quickly assessing the situation, Ron gave me a thorough explanation of what was needed, what was recommended, versus what was not yet necessary to be done, along with the cost estimates. The work was done well and quickly and since then the garage door has been functioning smoother and quieter than I ever remember. Next time I need garage door service, Ron at Precision will be my first call again.

Ron and technician installed our garage door quickly, and did a great job. They were nice and pleasant to have on the job. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead, East Rochester.
