Broken torsion spring. I first contacted Precision via the website and received an automated email response stating someone would be contacting me soon. After not hearing from anyone after 10 days I decided to call Precision. They were apologetic and sent out a technician the next morning. Sadmir arrived and was polite, professional & knowledgeable. In addition to replacing the torsion spring he also recommended new wheels and new cables, which were clearly old and worn out. The total was $540 which was a little bit more than expected but saved me a day of aggravation and restored my door to excellent working condition. Sadmir is an excellent employee and great representative of Precision. I will use Precision again in the future and specifically request Sadmir. I would suggest that anybody needing their garage door repaired call Precision directly and do not rely on the online contact.

Repairman actually arrived 15 minutes earlier than scheduled window, which was great. He was very efficient and after the installation was complete he did a great job clearly explaining how my new garage door opener worked and important safety features as well. Thank you!

I chose precision because my mailman recommended you! Sadmir was excellent, he went over all my options, I picked what best suited my needs. He had everything installed quickly and then went over everything. He was very good at explaining how everything worked, Took his time while explaining it, and then had me try everything to make sure it all worked before he left. I’m very happy with the experience from precision door. I had many of the parts placed, the spring rollers, railings, cable, and then purchased a quiet garage door opener.

Had garage doors installed today by SadMir Hamzic. He did a great job. Job was difficult but he was hard working, diligent, courteous and professional Also took time to explain the maintenance and workings of the doors and openers. And also was on time! An asset to Precision! Our experience with this company was excellent from the initial sales meeting with Ron Kull to the install. And we’re happy with our new doors!

Technician was extremely professional and very courteous. Have no complaints with personnel. Cost of the repair was very pricey. About a year ago I had previous door a spring and cables replaced also. And it was about half the price. I was pressed for time so I had no choice.

Technician Sadmir did a great job. I asked him if I could watch him as works and he was okay with that. He replaced 2 coil springs and all the rollers on the door. What a difference that made. It runs smooth and quieter. Like a new door. I asked a lot of questions on the upkeep of the door. I liked his answers, and I learned a lot. I would recommend Precision door service to others.
