After being told we could not safely install a second garage door opener by one company, the Precision Door Service tech said, No problem. We didn’t have a door opener purchased (as per the first company), but No problem, the Precision guy did. In about an hour, he had everything installed and the (very old, very heavy solid wood) was door going up and down. Our installer was wonderful and was working with an apprentice, who said he felt lucky to be working with the installer and the company. Perfectly satisfied!

Sadmir and his partner Brennan were very pleasant to work with. They compiled a detailed parts list of what was needed to fix my garage door and reviewed it with me thoroughly. The repair itself was completed in much less time than I expected and on completion asked me if I had any questions about the bill or the repair itself. I recommend Precision without any reservation.

When i needed a service call on my garage door, I called Precision, along with 2 other companies. Precision was the most friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable one by far. My technician, Sadmir, handled the repair smoothly and efficiently and after a full inspection, he did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need...I would recommend Precision (and Sadmir) to anyone who needs garage work done... Satko came (and finished!) during the promised window. I got a text announcing he was on his way (very helpful). He listened to my description of the problem and had solved it within 10 minutes. He charged the service fee alone and everything works great now. I had spent no less than 6 hours on two separate days over the last month trying to figure out the problem... definitely should have gotten help earlier!

A good experience from the very beginning. Call was answered in a friendly and professional manner. Date was scheduled. The next day I had to change the date -- no problem. The "day of", the technician let me know he could come earlier if convenient. He arrived, did his "magic" and I paid the charge. Refreshing indeed.

We have two heavy wooden overhead garage doors that have been in service since long before we bought our home 52 years ago. About 6 years ago we began to have failures in in basic parts including both electric door openers, the cable fastening plates, the wheels that support the doors in their rails, and the main cable pulleys. We have called Precision Garage Door of Rochester three times to diagnose and fix the problems. Their scheduling has been very easy and convenient. Their technicians (most recently Sadmir Hamzic) have been on time, friendly, courteous and competent. They have solved every problem quickly even when special or unusual replacement parts have been needed because of the age of the doors. The cost of repairs has been reasonable. We could not be more pleased.

My garage door intermittently failed to open or close. Sadmir diagnosed the problem and outlined my options. He efficiently made the repairs and took the time to thoroughly discuss the work both before the job and after the work was completed. He arrived on time, communicated very well and overall did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I would gladly use him again.
