Great service. Had new door installed last year and had new garage floor put in last Fall. Rain water was coming in under the seal. Door needed to be reset due to new floor. Came the next day after I called. The initial install last year was also really good. Ron measured and explained the new door and opener options himself. The guys that did the install were marvelous. Very clean and neat job. Very happy with this company.

I found your company in the Yellow Pages, and, after 2 companies who serve only Monroe County, I chose Precision as you were close to Victor and I had remembered seeing your truck in the area. I was pleased with the technician who came and serviced both of my doors, knew what was happening and went right to work to fix the one door and did a general service job on both doors. Both doors worked better than they have in ages. The technician, Sean, was very informative on what needed to be serviced and why. Kudos to Sean for working in the cold.
