With one car locked out the garage and one locked in due to a broken garage door, Ronnie was like a knight in a van (rather than on a white horse) he explained the problem, told me what to do to better maintain the cables and life returned to normal quickly. I recommend his work and his integrity.

I contacted Precision because I was impressed with their web site and the testimonials from real customers. I was not disappointed. The technician showed up right on time and explained to me and showed me what was wrong with the door. He gave me two options to fix it - a basic get 'er done option and an option that cost a little more, but would keep the door operating for years to come. (They were very up front about costs from the time I called on the phone for an appointment.) Within less than an hour, my door was fixed and works better than ever. I would highly recommend them.

I liked the way Ron explained what needed to be done. I did have to have him come back because the limit switch popped out and the door did not work correctly. The only suggestion I would have would be to expedite an appointment in that situation. I would use the service again.

Once I found what was wrong with my garage door I figured it would have to be replaced, well Ron came out and said he could fix it at a lot less cost, kind of strange that someone offers help nowdays, anyway, Ron not only fixed the door he pointed out where a previous company had installed the wrong parts and he replaced those as well, being honest the door works better now then ever before. My hats off to Precision Door, I seldom rank companies at the highest as I always feel there is room for improvement but in this case the rating is the best I can give them.

Our door broke with our car still inside. The door looked as if it may fall on the car. After 5 unanswered calls to the company that installed the door we called "Precision" and Ron Kull arrived earlier than promised. Our car was not damaged and the door was expertly repaired.
