Felix was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, timely, and offered information about my new system and answered questions. I appreciated Felix giving me the option to purchase new plastic wheels as an upgrade. Well worth the extra $100. He had them available and put them in that day, but also said he could come back at no charge and install them later, giving me the opportunity to consider it without pressure. I am very glad I made that choice, as the wheels are quieter and the door slides on the track more easily than with my 20 year-old metal wheels. The new keypad is terrific, and I received two remotes. The office was easy to work with and accessible. Would recommend Precision to everyone! Karen

Ron came to our rescue when my Mother-in-laws garage door didn't work and fix it quickly and reasonably. We were able to get the house sold and move on. When our garage door, springs and cables broke we knew Precision was the one we wanted. Again Ron and associate came to ours rescue and had us up and running in no time. Ron and Mark are extremely courteous,kind and professional. Without hesitation I will recommend Precision to anyone who need garage door repairs which includes springs,cables, door openers, etc.

I was in the market to replace my screw drive garage door opener that was continually failing in the colder weather. Your web site was very informative and helpful in explaining the 3 opener model options and explained why the screw drive was really not the best choice for this climate. Your pricing for the 3280 1/2 HP Belt Drive unit with installation was very affordable, and Josh Arena was very professional with the service he provided.

On Christmas Eve night our garage door opener chain broke and the garage door popped out of its track. We called Precision and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday (we were in no rush since our car was outside when this happened) and they came right on time, did the work efficiently and professionally, and made sure we were 100% satisfied. We couldn't be happier. We had heard of Precision from the previous owners of our house who had used them years before and were really happy with their work.
