We just had a new garage door installed. Excellent experience from start to finish! Oustanding communication and customer service. Ron, the owner, even came over himself to install mounting brackets on our garage door opener at no extra cost. Their garage door prices are the best in town. Highly recommend!

Precision Door Service recently installed new garage doors for me. They had been referred by the previous owners of my home who had used them for many years. Their technicians were very friendly, professional, and helpful both in explaining my options and performing the installation. I'm very pleased with my new doors and would highly recommend them.

My garage door opener would not work. Found the spring had broken. Since this is something that does not happen very often, once in a lifetime, we had no idea who to contact. We of course did an online search and discovered your website. I was sold just by reading the reviews and the "Calls answered by live operator 24 hours" Made an appt for the very next day. I appreciated the txt and the photo of the technician. And the call from the technician with an arrival time. Technician inspected and determined the cost/time. He replaced broken spring and lube'd the rails etc. and completed the job quickly. I highly recommend the Precision Garage Door Service. We are very happy with the professionalism of the technician and this company. Thank you!!

It was easy to schedule an appointment. They do not charge extra for Sunday service. The technician (Sadmir) was efficient and competent. He called to ask if he could arrive early. He finished the job quickly and answer all my questions. I elected to not only fix the problem but replace other aging parts while he was here.

Zikret was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was amazed how quickly I got an appointment (2 hours after calling). Zikret very clearly explained my repair options and, once decided, was very prompt with the repair. I was very happy with his service and will recommend your company to others.

I must say, Precision Door Service proved to be an excellent choice to replace the springs on my garage door. Using their on-line appointment scheduler I was able to secure a visit the very next day. No issue whatsoever. Phil M. showed up at the appointed time and proceeded to work up a quote for the work. The price, I thought, was more than fair and Phil accomplished the work within an hour. He was friendly, professional and meticulous. He also explained carefully the options I had without overselling. I could not have selected a better company. A good experience.

I initially called to price out a new garage door and opener, when my technician Zikret arrived he assessed my door and gave me 4 different options for my door including using my current door and getting new parts for it to run smoothly. He explained everything he would do to correct it. Very pleased with his prompt fix and I am very pleased with the results. You have a new customer now thank you

I have used Precision several times in the past and each technician that has come out has been extremely professional and knowledgeable. They have done a tune-up, replaced springs, and fixed an issue with my opener in the past. Ron, the owner, resolved my problem today in a short amount of time, clearly explaining and demonstrating what I could do if the problem arises again. They are my go-to company for garage door and garage door opener repair/ installation.

Felix was incredible, I honestly can’t praise him enough! He was so kind and patient through a tricky garage door issue and didn’t give up until he figured it out. He explained all my options for fixing the garage door moving forward and never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a certain decision. Thank you so much Felix!

Great service. Had new door installed last year and had new garage floor put in last Fall. Rain water was coming in under the seal. Door needed to be reset due to new floor. Came the next day after I called. The initial install last year was also really good. Ron measured and explained the new door and opener options himself. The guys that did the install were marvelous. Very clean and neat job. Very happy with this company.

I am totally satisfied with this company's service of my garage door. It would not open at all and I had no idea why. They had a repairman over within a few hours of my call and he was very thorough, nice and knowledgeable. He gave me multiple options for repairs and levels of refurb with different prices and honest advice. Now my doors will be good for years to come. Highly recommended!
