It was easy to schedule an appointment. They do not charge extra for Sunday service. The technician (Sadmir) was efficient and competent. He called to ask if he could arrive early. Great service. Had new door installed last year and had new garage floor put in last Fall. Rain water was coming in under the seal. Door needed to be reset due to new floor. Came the next day after I called. The initial install last year was also really good. Ron measured and explained the new door and opener options himself. The guys that did the install were marvelous. Very clean and neat job. Very happy with this company.
