Repairman actually arrived 15 minutes earlier than scheduled window, which was great. He was very efficient and after the installation was complete he did a great job clearly explaining how my new garage door opener worked and important safety features as well. Thank you!

Nick fixed and did a great job explaining why my garage door was not staying in the closed position. He also gave me info about options for replacing my 20 year old door in the near future. He was very prompt, efficient, and professional.

Wonderful. They offered to come a day early before my appointment because they had an opening. The worker Sean was just great; found the problem and fixed everything quite quickly. This is at least my third time using this company and I will keep being their customer.

I thought the online scheduling was great, and I received a reminder the day before my appointment as well. Sean was great! Did a small fix of one of my doors and tuned everything up. He was ahead of schedule, so that was a bonus as well. I really appreciate the text beforehand where you get a picture and bio of the technician who is coming. Nice touch!

We have used your services in the past and our son, who has recently used your services, also recommended you. Jon Vargas, our technician, came during the appointed time, texted me he was on his way, saw the problem immediately and resolved it. I had disengaged the door and was unable to reengage it. He show me exactly what to do next time. He did not charge me. Jon was polite and professional. He is an A+ technician and person !!!!!!!! Thank you!

The best. I will use Precision again and recommend them without hesitation. Felix Coriano was skilled, professional, friendly, patient. He did an excellent job of removing two old doors that had not functioned for many years. He installed new doors, new hardware and removed all the old remnants from the old and packaging from the new. I used Precision because the other two overhead door companies I contacted were incredibly expensive or the people I spoke with were abrasive and rude. It was a pleasure to speak with Felix before the job and I couldn't be more pleased with the finished work.

Phil Mormon the service technician was on time, polite, knowledgeable, thorough and honest in his evaluation of our broken garage door mechanics. He gave me three options for the repair and was helpful in explaining each repair approach and didn’t pressure me towards one or the other but advised me on the long/or short term repair fixes.

The owner came out on time and gave us a fair estimate for a new garage door. The crew Zikret and his helper (sorry, forgot his name) also showed up on time and installed the door. The next day, we noticed some minor problems and called Precision and arranged for a time for the technician to come back and repair. He actually came a day early because he was in the area and fixed the minor repairs within 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who need repair/replacement garage doors.

I am really glad I chose Precision and will recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide! Thank you, Dennis Wright

This is the second time over the years we found our self in need of precision garage doors. Our technician, Zikret arrived today as scheduled. He did a thorough assessment of the situation and provided a multitude of options for taking care of our issue. He was very professional, extremely helpful, and I feel confident that our door is in good working condition for years to come. I greatly appreciated the fact that he did not over sell us and was very forthcoming about what was minimally necessary. Very pleased with the service we received!
