I am very pleased with Precision Door Services. When I called I was told someone would call me between eight and 10 in the morning. I assumed it would be closer to 10. Zikret Osmic called me shortly after eight to tell me he was 17 minutes away. I was pleased that he showed up within 17 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable told me what I needed. He then replaced my two cables in short time. I would definitely recommend precision door services to friends and colleagues.

I called Precision for garage door repair. They were able to send a technician (Sean S.) out the following day, which was great. The technician was very timely. He called me to let me know he was on his way. Sean was very professional and knowledgeable. He was helpful and took the time to explain everything to me; what the problem was and the recommended repair (broken Torquemaster system. Recommended torsion overhaul). He went over each item in the estimate. He completed the work and the door operates so smoothly. I highly recommend Precision. Great experience. Great customer service.

Called at 11:30 this morning (Sunday) for a repair and Ron was here at 1:30. He made the repair then inspected whole door and lubricated it. Very professional. Finished by 2:00.
