This is the second time we have used Precision to repair our aging garage door when it failed unexpectedly. Both times the techs have been punctual, professional and very reasonable. Appreciate the fact they sent a Bio of tech prior to their arrival. Highly recommended if you need any repairs or new installation. Will definitely use them big needed again in the future.

We recently had an issue with our old garage door opener. Precision Garage Door came to assess our problem. Unfortunately, they were not able to repair it. We ended up buying a new unit from them which quickly installed. Ron was very professional. He did a great job and was creative in finding a solution to how to install the control unit in our old, cinder block garage. This was not the first time we called Precision. We had used them several years prior for a simple realignment. They are very professional and reasonably priced. They do excellent work. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing new or repair work.

On a cold Sunday morning in December 2020 when everything was going wrong that could, A cable snapped on our “mature” garage door as it was being opened. Mr Ackley responded within few hours by replacing our older and broken cables, allowing us to close the garage door again. Such professional and prompt service from Precision Door!!!!
