My son needed his garage door repaired, the spring broke today (Sunday.) I called several companies who were not open and then called Precision - a very good decision. They arrived within 2 hours from when I called them. The person taking my information was helpful and very courteous. It took a very short time to install 2 new overhead springs and install an exterior key pad. The price was reasonable, the installer was pleasant to deal with, and the whole process was very easy. We recently contacted Precision regarding a garage door we had installed about a year ago. A freak issue caused the rollers to jump the rail, leaving the door to literally hang precariously to one side in a potentially dangerous position for my family and also for anyone servicing the door. The customer service staff at Precision were extremely helpful in communicating the urgency of our situation to the installing team, who was very quick to contact us. Ron, the owner of the company, was soon joined by Chris and together within barely two hours, had the door looking like new! It was fun to watch them work…they clearly know their trade ! It was also refreshing to work with a company who understands what customer service means and who also stand behind their work. I highly recommend Precision to anyone who is in the market for a new garage door or in need of service for an existing door…would have rated them 6 stars if given the option! When returning home on a Friday night, the cables of our garage door detached from our garage door after we used our remote to lower the garage door after we parked the car in the garage. I called Precision Door that evening and an appointment was scheduled the following day. Ron arrived at my house on Saturday morning. Prior to his arrival, he called, sent a text identifying his role with the company, and had a tracker which showed how far he was on the route to my house. Ron determined that the spring had broken on our garage door. He had the necessary equipment and was able to repair the job in about 45 minutes. He thoroughly checked the door to make sure that there were no other issues. I was very pleased with the overall experience with how Precision Door handled my situation and the fine work that Ron did.

A torsion/tension spring broke locking me out of the garage. Precision Door has a great online chat feature on their website. Super friendly and helpful customer service (Theresa)helped set me up with an appointment. Chris came out to fix things up 2 days later. Great communication ahead of the job. Chris replaced the springs and rollers. Also provided me with info on future needs. Chris was friendly, courteous and does the job quick. Thank you for a job well done.

Phil was the initial service person, that was sent on an emergency visit. Precision installed my door 2 yrs, ago and in my opinion the door should not have needed to be repaired, so soon. However, Phil was knowledgeable, thorough in his assessment and reassured me that this would be resolved. He enabled the door to be raised, so that I could move my car out. All in all, he was great! Next day, Chris the manager came out as promised, to complete the repair. He stood behind the Precision's reputation to do what it took to make the customer happy, in a situation, where I was annoyed that this issue happened. Both servicemen provided excellent customer service.

This was the easiest service experience I have ever had. I called the office and they set me up with a Saturday appointment because of my work schedule. Ron came out and was super friendly. He assessed the situation and explained my various options without pushing me in any particular direction. He installed a nee garage door opener on the spot. Before leaving he took the time to teach me about my opener and make sure I had a solid understanding of everything.
