We were so impressed with our experience at Precision Door Service of Rochester, and so pleased with the work they did replacing our garage doors. They have truly mastered the art of communication, beginning with live chat service on their website, even on Saturday. They were prompt and efficient, completing our project on a snowy Monday, within 48 hours of our initial contact, and the price was what they said it would be. We especially appreciated knowing they were heading our way, with an accurate ETA, and receiving a picture of the technician en route, so that we could recognize him on arrival. The team that installed our doors were neat, courteous, and efficient, working quickly and picking up afterwards. If you are looking for over the top service, Precision Door is who you want to call!

The tec.that installed my garage door opener was a delight. He was very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me.He explained the advantages of different openers they provided and helped me make my decision. He called to confirm the time (most company's call at the last minute and change the time) and showed up as scheduled. This company is top notch! I used another company for years and then the one time I needed a right away appointment they couldn't be bothered. It's -1 degrees outside today (1/31/2019) and the technicians, Drew and Chris, came after a courtesy call (as promised). Drew explained everything in detail first, then promptly got to work. They removed the broken garage door opener and installed the new one in one hour! They removed all debris. Drew even programed my car's remote control for me!

These guys are fantastic! First Dave came in the middle of a 2' snow storm and it wasn't even an emergency. He walked me through everything that was broken or need repair and we agreed that a new garage door would be best all around. The installation was scheduled very quickly to my amazement. Marty came too install the new door and did an excellent job. The job was done in only 3 hours and there was no clean up or rubbish to be done. Marty explain everything about the new door and made sure that it ws all working properly before he left. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone. Everything was perfect from A to Z and even better than I expected. Call them for repairs or new installation you won't be sorry!
