Dave was actually one hour earlier than the appointed time . He called ahead which was great. Service was terrific. He explained the needed repair and checked out several other doors for possible problems. I rate this company a 5 and will use them again.

This is the third time I have used Precision and I want to tell you how pleased we have been! The technician called before arriving (on time!) and was great at explaining what needed to be done and how long it would take. I had a new (replaced old garage door opener) garage door opener installed. It is so quet, and runs smoothly. My technician Dave Mackay was excellent!! Very efficient, did a great job and we could not be more pleased. I will tell my friends and anyone who asks who I would recommend and I will say: PRECISION DOOR SERVICE!! Outstanding!!! HE CAME ready to install. Most quiet door opener i ever herd. He replaced a unit with the first letter of the name being "G" that was only a few years old and was not good at all. They dont make them the way they usedto. Real Quality with the new one and life time warrantee. Happy Camper!

Great service and garage door. One panel of my door came dented from the manufacturer. The door was installed and the payment was not taken until the new panel was installed. It took a little time for the garage doors to arrive from the manufacturer but it was well worth the wait. The actual installation went as smooth as silk. Dave and Fred arrived on time and went to work immediately. They were installing two single garage doors after they had removed the old wooden doors. They asked us questions whenever there was an option available and completed the installation on time and to our complete satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves as if it were their own home.

Our Tech was incredibly good at his job. We got an overhaul of our broken garage door and had an automatic opener installed and it took less than a couple hours. The install looks amazing, and the tech explained every bit of work he did in full detail. Will definitely recommend precision door to anyone who needs garage work done.

Ron met me at my daughter's home to review options for a new garage door. He was extremely helpful, competent, and professional. He explained our options, made recommendations, and provided a very fair and comparable price for the service. Serviceman called early to advise he would be a little late (really wasn't late). Gave me recommendations (normal sales stuff) but had no problem when I chose option I needed. Installed quickly & didn't seem to mind me watching. Too dangerous to try myself..... Was very satisfied with price and installation.

Before deciding which garage door company to choose, I got estimates from all of them. There wasn't a big difference in prices but there was a huge difference in way of doing business. Precision was the winner by far. Now that the job is finished, I know I made the right choice.

Amazing service!!! And FAST!!! We had a beautiful new garage door installed a few years ago by Precision and knew that it was only a matter of time before we needed a new garage door opener. They never tried to push that on us either and said that the one we had was still working fine. Well..... today was the day that it stopped working! I called Precision at 11:15 and the whole thing was installed by 1:00!! Great people!!! Thank you so much!!!

Yes, I ran into my own garage door! I only wish I could have blamed someone else. However, it only got better from that point on. I called Precision and Ron came out the next morning. What a pro! He helped me choose the right door at a great price, and arranged to have it installed two days later. Dave arrived right on time and was finished in a flash. He cleaned up all the old door parts, the boxes, everything. Precision recycles and that's very important to me. Most of all, l LOVE my new garage door. It's better than I imagined. Thanks Precision.
