I think our repairman was Mark. He actually showed up a bit early (my son was able to let him in) and was nice enough to wait for me to arrive so I could pay him--work was done when I got home. We appreciate the prompt service. He was also professional and friendly.

I had a wonderful experience with Precision and would recommend them to everyone. After 4 months of waiting on other garage door places for estimates etc. - I saw Precision was #1 on Angie's list so I gave them a call. Ronnie came that same day and gave me the quickest estimate I'd received out of 4 places. What I appreciated about Precision is Ronnie wasn't a sales person, he is the owner! There was no sales pitch and he spoke to me like a normal person - I appreciated that! It was Thursday I had the estimate done and Josh came over on Sunday and put in my new garage door! Josh was very courteous and polite. He did the job in just a couple of hours and when he was done, explained everything to me and off he went. I would definitely recommend Precision to everyone. And the prices beat all the other places - there's no comparison, as far as I'm concerned!

I'm writing this review more than 5 months after the service call because most people are usually satisfied immediately after service is performed, but I wanted to be able to report that my garage door is still operating perfectly and smoothly several months later. Mark came promptly per the scheduled appointment time when I had a garage door that couldn't even be operated manually and was falling (dangerous!) from the top. The opener had completely failed and needed to be replaced and the condition of other parts like bearings and rollers were not good either. So it was a "big job" but I appreciated Mark explaining the problem, the solution(s) and my options. I like asking questions and watching the work during any type of service call as I always learn something new and Mark explained everything to my satisfaction, and he also told me what I could do to keep everything in good working order. It was a very cold February morning but he did everything cheerfully and was very professional, and cleaned up afterwards. I was on that day and still am a satisfied customer today.

Mark was very professional and friendly at the same time. He explained my options for replacing the springs and hardware on my garage door. I made my choice and Mark began working. He replaced both springs and all hardware then checked on my second garage door, all within an hour. He cleaned up his work area, I paid the bill and he was on his way. Outstanding performance!! Garage door broke (badly) on Friday night (my fault). Called Saturday am and got Holly in call center. She asked the right questions and answered mine, resulting in an appointment for Sunday. It was extremely helpful to go online and read bios of technicians and to read people's comments, all of which were helpful and positive. Josh arrived on time and went immediately to work, diagnosed the problem and fixed it, all in about 45 minutes. I thought the damage might mean a whole new door, but not so. Josh did recommend new rollers, and installed them, too. Significantly reduced the noise and likely extending the life of the door. All costs were explained ahead of time, and were quite a bit less than I was expecting, particularly on a Sunday. Josh also explained options for a new door if we wanted to upgrade in the future. I asked for this information, and was not pressured in any was by Josh. He was very professional and friendly. The whole process exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend Precision and if I upgrade the door will call them to do it.

Ronnie: Iâ??m sorry for the delay in responding to you, but I have been traveling recently and things have finally settled down. Felix Coriano came to fix my garage door on Saturday, June 1. Felix was professional, courteous and an excellent worker. I did not hesitate to let him into my home. When it turned out that my garage door was not actually broken, Felix stayed to review all of the moving parts and then oiled (if that is the correct term) the door so that it is so quiet. In addition, Felix noticed that the support pieces were not correct, and he took the time and trouble to re-attach them. Best of all, Felix scampered up on a ladder and replaced the light bulb at the top of the garage that had been blown out for months. I never would have been able to reach it on my own. To say I was delighted with the service is an understatement. Thanks again!

Purchased new garage doors and new belt drive door opener. Doors are beautiful and I can't believe how quiet the opener is, I almost can't hear it working! Mark did a great job, stayed very professional and pleasant despite working in heat that was probably over 90 degrees. He was very concerned to do a quality installation, which I appreciate. I chose Precision because of all the great reviews, and their website let me "see" my choices and put together a look I knew would be perfect.
