We chose Precision to replace our garage door and garage door opener for a number of reasons such as the prior service we received when we needed our garage door repaired; the fact evening and weekend appointments were available for the estimate; and you could design the type of door in which you were interested. Ron was very professional and knowledgeable during our estimate appointment. We also liked that he was not a high pressured salesperson. His professionalism was again demonstrated during his installation of our door and subsequent opener which we ended up having replaced. Our neighbor commented he was impressed with how quickly the job was completed. We are very satisfied with our new garage door and opener and would highly recommend Precision to anyone wanting their door replaced.

Awesome job. The Technician (Felix) came over and in a short amount of time was ale to adjust our new garage door opener. I thought that i would need a new system or major adjustment but it was the new opener that was not set properly. He was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. We needed emergency repair done on our garage door after the spring broke. I called Precision even though it was after hours, and within an hour Ron was at my front door. After quickly assessing the situation, Ron gave me a thorough explanation of what was needed, what was recommended, versus what was not yet necessary to be done, along with the cost estimates. The work was done well and quickly and since then the garage door has been functioning smoother and quieter than I ever remember. Next time I need garage door service, Ron at Precision will be my first call again.

I had purchased garage door openers in East Rochester, so when I had trouble with my garage door I automatically called Precision. I had the pleasure of meeting Felix who was very pleasant and explained everything. Everything went well for a few days and then there was a bumping noise when the door opened. Within hours of my call Felix returned and fixed the cable and explained the problem. Problem solved!

Purchased a garage door tune up through Angie's List. As one of Angie's Lists top rated businesses, in combination with the price for the service, I couldn't resist the deal. I was pleasantly surprised that the appointment was made very quickly, the technician called before he started out, and the service was performed without a hitch. The technician was courteous, friendly and professional. The job he did was excellent and we no longer have a squeaky, noisy garage door. I would call this company for any future trouble with our garage door.

On a cold rainy evening I panicked when my garage door would not close. Last year my neighbor recommended "Precision." I called at 5pm. Felix was here at 6.40pm(he called en route.) He was pleasant, reassuring, very polite, and extremely COMPETENT! Door was operating in one hour! Felix is A- ONE Terrific!

We were supposed to go out Saturday night but our garage door was good and stuck. The real problem was that I had a plane to catch the next morning and both cars were in the garage. I called at approximately 5:30, and the person who answered said that someone would come between 9:00 and 11:00. Felix arrived at 8:30. He was friendly and courteous, and went right to work. He explained what he was doing in a clear way, and offered reassurance about the repair. He represents your company very well and we were glad to have our door running better than before within a couple of hours.
