I'm very happy with the 2 garage doors Ron installed, and the door opener Mark installed a week later to replace a failing old one. They were very pleasant and professional, answered all my questions, and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. Would definitely recommend them to others and call them if I ever have problems or need to have my other (old) opener replaced.

I highly recommend Precision. I never had to have my garage door repaired and didn't really know who to call. My garage door spring and cables broke on a weekend with my car stuck in the garage. I was sure I wouldn't be able to find anyone to come out and fix before Monday morning. I did an internet search and came across Precision who is a local company and has 24/7 answering service as well as weekend service. I was impressed that someone did answer my call on a Saturday evening and that there would be someone available to come out and fix my door. Ronnie was very professional, courteous, and patiently explained my options. He had my garage door fixed very quickly!

After examining our forty year old door Ron gave me the option to have the door replaced or repaired. I had already been told by another company that the door could not be repaired and that it would be dangerous to not have a new door installed. I chose "repair" I couldn't believe that in an hour Ron from Precision had our door running smoothly and quietly. It's great. It saved us a lot of money. Ron's quote for a new door turned out to be lower than other quotes I had. Because of their friendly, skilled professionalism and very fair pricing I will definitely be calling on Precision when it's time for a new door.

I had a special request to take two perfectly good doors down so I could make some structural repairs on the wall they were attached to. Mark made special arrangements to remove the two doors in the morning and come back later that day to put them back up. Sounds strange, but Mark really helped out making the time to perform this task and giving me enough time to make the structural repairs then getting them re-installed asap. The doors work perfectly. I am pleased with the quality and expertise of Precision technician Mark Sherman.

We Picked Precision from Angie's List because it was very highly rated. We were not disappointed. The serviceman did a great job replacing broken springs and rollers and also checking over the workings for the other garage door to make sure it was ok. We would definitely use them again.

Mark was very helpful, with lots of good information; he did an excellent installation job. Two minor quibbles: (i) what I told on the phone didn't match the price initially charged due to the addition of a service charge (Mark corrected this immediately when I complained) and (ii) the opener, which is very nice and quiet, has the new MyQ Security 2.0 rolling code system and it does not work with the Homelink receiver in my 20121 car. This was rather annoying to learn after the fact. The incompatibility is not Precision's fault but it seems to me that I should have been informed of the possibility that there could be a compatibility issue before installation, as such problems are known. Homelink is sending a repeater kit to help me solve this problem (for the cost of shipping only). But dealers should press Liftmaster to include this kit with their units (or provide them free to dealers to include as a free add-on for customers that need it) for the next several years.

We contacted Precision because you would take a service call on Labor Day weekend. We had a late appointment -- 5 to 7 pm -- but Mark had a cancellation and was able to see us at 2:30. He contacted us a half hour before to make sure we were available. He was informative and efficient in fixing our broken spring and adding a door overhaul; then we discovered the garage door opener had also failed, and agreed to make an appointment when he could return with the proper part. With both repairs he clearly communicated our choices; he was courteous and capable. We are very pleased with both the door repair and our new garage door opener.
