I was in the market to replace my screw drive garage door opener that was continually failing in the colder weather. Your web site was very informative and helpful in explaining the 3 opener model options and explained why the screw drive was really not the best choice for this climate. Your pricing for the 3280 1/2 HP Belt Drive unit with installation was very affordable, and Josh Arena was very professional with the service he provided.

On Christmas Eve night our garage door opener chain broke and the garage door popped out of its track. We called Precision and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday (we were in no rush since our car was outside when this happened) and they came right on time, did the work efficiently and professionally, and made sure we were 100% satisfied. We couldn't be happier. We had heard of Precision from the previous owners of our house who had used them years before and were really happy with their work. We would highly recommend them for your repair needs!

We chose Precision to replace our garage door and garage door opener for a number of reasons such as the prior service we received when we needed our garage door repaired; the fact evening and weekend appointments were available for the estimate; and you could design the type of door in which you were interested. Ron was very professional and knowledgeable during our estimate appointment. We also liked that he was not a high pressured salesperson. His professionalism was again demonstrated during his installation of our door and subsequent opener which we ended up having replaced. Our neighbor commented he was impressed with how quickly the job was completed. We are very satisfied with our new garage door and opener and would highly recommend Precision to anyone wanting their door replaced.

Awesome job. The Technician (Felix) came over and in a short amount of time was ale to adjust our new garage door opener. Ron came to our rescue when my Mother-in-laws garage door didn't work and fix it quickly and reasonably. We were able to get the house sold and move on. When our garage door, springs and cables broke we knew Precision was the one we wanted. Again Ron and associate came to ours rescue and had us up and running in no time. Ron and Mark are extremely courteous,kind and professional. Without hesitation I will recommend Precision to anyone who need garage door repairs which includes springs,cables, door openers, etc.
