Hi, my name is Mark. I have 3 great children, two boys and a daughter. When I'm not working, we love fishing, camping, and most sports- hockey, soccer, and golf. My 18yr old son is a Jr. A Hockey player. He plays for WB/Scranton Jr. A Knights. I also really take pride in my job. I look forward to meeting you, and going over your door with you. We had used Precision Garage door service a few years ago and were very satisfied with their service. Therefore when we had problem with garage door this time I immediately called Precision. The technician arrived right on appointed time. He immediately noticed the broken spring. Did 25 point Safety check. Replaced the spring, worn out bearings. Completed the job with in an hour. Now the door works as good as new.

Your technician, Mark, did a wonderful job of solving all of our garage door problems. From the stuck mechanism to replacing the door springs to helping reprogram the keypad and remotes. He was extremely knowledgeable and while he suggested additional maintenance improvements, he was not overly pushy! Thanks for the job well done.

Garage door opener had partially fallen from the ceiling, leaving it hanging and all wiring pulled out. The house is for sale and a showing was scheduled. I called and they fit in a repair in a hurry. Mark was friendly, but got down to business quickly and had the job done in about 1 hour. The office personnel were friendly and I am thankful to them as well for being able to make this happen. They arranged for Mark to call in advance so I knew when he was on his way.

I had a new door installed in my barn to replace a 22 year old door. The work was done professionally and in a timely fashion. A few months later, my house garage door was malfunctioning on the automatic opener which was 12 years old. I contacted Precision because I was so satisfied with the new door installation in my barn. The same technician (Mark) performed both services. I happened to be home the day of the replacement of my house door opener replacement. Not only was Mark totally professional, but we had a great conversation while he was doing his job. If I was bothering him while he worked,he never once expressed a displeasure. I truly believe that the two hours we spent together was a mutual respect between us. Mark came across as a real people person and commentated more than once how much he enjoys what he does and that's what makes a huge difference to me(the customer)and the difference between collecting a paycheck and practicing your profession. My experience with your company was excellent. I found you on-line and was impressd with the bios of your technicians (and impressed that you drug test). I was able to get an appointment at a time convenient for me. Mark was the technician who came to the appointment. I had 2 garage door openers installed. Mark took the time to explain everything to me....and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was very impressed that he took the time to go thru the receipt step by step. I needed a new door opener, and thought I might even need a new door, the old one being so noisy, shaky and generally unreliable. Mark's recommendations to replace just the parts, along with the new opener, mean that I now have a smooth, quiet, and reliable door, which functions just like a brand new one. We found them in the yellow pages once before and were extremely happy. We wanted to use the same company this time but couldn't remember who it was. We thought it was Precision and were happy to know it was the same company. Your service,quality & knowledgeable technician(Mark Sherman) is an asset. I've had Precision do a number of things for our garage door: routine maintenance (twice) and a new opener. This time it was to replace the main spring which had broken on a Saturday afternoon. Mark Sherman was able to come out that evening. He quickly assessed the needs, gave me options (without pressure) and accomplished the work professionally (but with a warm, personal manner). I thought the cost reasonable and the quality of workmanship high. I enthusiastically recommend both Precision and Technician Mark Sherman!!

Dear Precision, The Technician (Mark) was great. First he had "called" to say he was at a job site that was running bit longer than expected(which was fine since I was home for the remainder of the day anyway). Secondly, I had lost my voice with Laryngitis & Mark was able to talk to my husband on the phone & explain the door situation. And lastly he had given me great information to maybe replacing the door opener and how to keep the tracks from becoming flat & showed me how to tighten the bolts on the door. He was quick and very, very nice to have as a service Technician.

Mark stopped out for a potential repair, and after a thorough discussion we decided to replace both garage doors - which were 22 years old. Mark was very knowledgeable about the product, and no pressure at all. The day of the installation went very well, and with a challenge on one door regarding the alignment of a already installed garage door opener....no issues at all. Mark tackled the challenge and all is well. Cleanup after the installation exceeded expectations. We are very pleased, and would recommend Precision and Mark...
