We received stellar service on both of our recent spring replacements. The repairmen were courteous, prompt, friendly, helpful, and very customer-focused. Insanely fast service - our cars were stuck in our garage and they originally weren't coming until 5pm... then they called back and had a technician nearby, so he came earlier at noon - and literally had my door fixed within 90 minutes of my original phone-call!! Mark Sherman was my technician. He was extremely personable, prompt for the appointment (even called ahead and offered to come earlier than my scheduled service window, which I too him up on), and was very knowledgeable and experienced in servicing garage doors, openers and the system that connects the two. He gave me a couple different options and we talked through the pros and cons. He was very efficient and had the door up and running in no time. The door looks fantastic and the opener is running smoothly again, and he gave me tips to keep it working smoothly in the future. I was very pleased with the outcome of my dilemma. Mark S quickly diagnosed and carefully explained the problem, options for repair, and expectations. Quickly repaired for what we thought was a reasonable price, but since we only use Precision, we didn't even consider another quotation.
