Insanely fast service - our cars were stuck in our garage and they originally weren't coming until 5pm... then they called back and had a technician nearby, so he came earlier at noon - and literally had my door fixed within 90 minutes of my original phone-call!! He was extremely personable, prompt for the appointment (even called ahead and offered to come earlier than my scheduled service window, which I too him up on), and was very knowledgeable and experienced in servicing garage doors, openers and the system that connects the two. He gave me a couple different options and we talked through the pros and cons. He was very efficient and had the door up and running in no time.
