Technician Mark showed up early (after calling to ask if it was OK), evaluated the problem, did what he could to fix the problems (leaking and squeaking), and told us what he thought would fix it for good...unfortunately not a service Precision performs...and told us he could replace the seal on the door but the one we had wasn't really faulty. The service call was short, sweet, and to the point...I'd call Precision again in a heartbeat.

We purchased two 8'x7' garage doors from Precision. I am a comparison shopper so I had three companies come out for quotes. Not only was Precision the best price but I can honestly say that every single interaction from quoting to installation was a pleasant one. Every person that I interacted with at the company seems to be genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. In fact, it wasn't the price that prompted me to go with them...it was the fact that I couldn't stop thinking that I wished every small business operated like this one. Our installation was today. Mark came to the house on time and ready for work. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and really just a pleasure to be around. You have to respect a guy who is a master at his craft and you can tell he knows exactly what he is doing. I was very impressed with his workmanship and attention to detail from start to finish. The house came out better than my wife and I could have imagined so thanks for that Mark! We will definitely be doing business with Precision for all of our garage door needs. Highly recommended.

So impressed with Precision Door and their work people. Mark arrived earlier then I expected but called first - I was pleased not to have to wait till afternoon. Introduced himself, told me what he would be doing and the cost and made a couple of recommendations but didn't try to sell me anything. He showed me how to keep the springs safe on my door and sprayed all the squeaky and rusty spots. It is better now then when I first moved in 15 yrs. ago. A real gentleman and a pleasure to have around. I won't hesitate to call them again. Very fair price also.

I went to close my garage door this afternoon and boom, my door was stuck and after looking at it, found that a cable was broken. I can do most home improvements myself, but when it comes to garage doors, I call the pros. I called Precision and they said a repair technician could come out this evening between 7and 9 PM. Mark Sherman called me at about 7 PM to advise me that he was going to be there about 8 PM. Mark arrived, was able to make an evaluation and quickly came back to give me the estimate. Mark performed the work quickly and efficiently. He made some additional tweaks to more door, also installed a lag screw on my door track at no additional charge. Mark was very pleasant to talk to and I will definitely be calling Precision again for my garage door repairs.
