I initially chose Precision because they were local and had many great reviews. Excellent service from the person taking my initial call to the technicians who changed the springs on my garage door. "Z" was our tech and his service was prompt, courteous, thorough and well done. I would highly recommend them.

Mechanic named "Zee" showed up promptly and inspected six OH doors that needed some adjustments. Within two hours, he had all working smoothly again. My only real concern was that in the course of replacing the door rollers, the track was sprung and then straightened with a hammer and dolly. There should be a technique for roller replacement that does not result in kinking the track. Another observation: way, way too many emailed forms (ten printed pages!) for a rather minor straightforward repair.

I chose the company based on a neighbor’s recommendation and I could not be happier. They responded within an hour to my online inquiry and had an appointment scheduled for a couple of days later.
