We needed emergency repair done on our garage door after the spring broke. I called Precision even though it was after hours, and within an hour Ron was at my front door. The work was done well and quickly and since then the garage door has been functioning smoother and quieter than I ever remember. I was pleasantly surprised that the appointment was made very quickly, the technician called before he started out, and the service was performed without a hitch. We were supposed to go out Saturday night but our garage door was good and stuck. The real problem was that I had a plane to catch the next morning and both cars were in the garage. I called at approximately 5:30, and the person who answered said that someone would come between 9:00 and 11:00. Felix arrived at 8:30. He was friendly and courteous, and went right to work. He explained what he was doing in a clear way, and offered reassurance about the repair.
