Outstanding service! The spring on my garage door broke. Mark came to the house on time, and explained to me the type of door I had, in addition to the spring, Mark did a thorough evaluation check of the doors other components (cables, bearings, rollers, etc.). Mark explained to me the various options I had in repairing the door and the associated cost and specific warranties without any "sales pressure". I chose to have a complete "overhaul of the door (replace bearings, springs, and rollers). The door is much quieter now, and run very smooth. I recommend Precision door service- I am very pleased the job Mark performed.

The technician (Felix) arrived promptly at 8am on a Saturday. My garage door had never required repair since it was installed in 1965. It's a 16 ft wide overhead wood door. After trying several times to adjust the springs above the door they were replaced. The door hardware was lubricated (including the automatic opener). The door now operates as it did when new. Great job Felix.

Mark did his best to repair our ancient garage door opener. When that proved impossible, he gave us good information regarding our choices. He installed a new opener, checked out the opener on our other door, adjusted and lubed everything, and left our garage neat and clean. We're very pleased with our new Precision door opener, and with the quality of service provided by Mark.

We bought and had installed a new door from Precision. They were very knowledgeable all the way through the process, from picking out a door to the install and even a few adjustments we wanted made afterward. Price was very competitive and always encountered positive attitudes. We are very picky so for them to have earned five stars from us was not easy. We would recommend them to our family and friends and will use them in the future if the need arises.

We needed our garage door opener repaired or replaced. I had previous experience with Precision and am always impressed with their website. So I called. The tech came out and without high pressure sales tactics informed us our opener could'nt be repaired (because it was so old, it no longer met code). He gave us the options and then proceeded to quickly and expertly install a new opener. He (Mark) was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and neat and ultimately left us with a quiet and reliable opener that we'll enjoy for a long time.

"I had a bizarre problem with my garage door openers and I felt that the only resolution was replacement. I called my usual garage door repair service and they said they were busy and would call back in a few days. After a week I called them a second time and they said the same thing. After another week I called Precision and Mark Sherman was out the next day installed new openers, programmed them to my specs and gave me a very good introduction to the unit. Price was right about what I expected and I was quite pleased with the operation. I have only one tiny complaint and that was with the outside control boxes. The port where you pair the box with the remote is a tiny rubber flap and it keeps popping open. If it stays open it will corrode and be useless. There is really nothing wrong with the box except its a bad design. I'll just put a glob of Silicon on the rubber flap and it will be just fine. It would be fine to let the supplier know. Thanks for the great work Oh and the other place still hasn't called back!

Ron came earlier than expected, after calling first, which was nice. Saw immediately that door was out of whack and made good suggestions. New door opener, key pad,etc were installed quickly. I reached out to the folks at Precision Door via email when my old garage door opener was acting up. Within a matter of a couple hours, I was provided with all the options for selecting a new opener and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Ron arrived on time, was friendly and professional. We discussed the opener options and he was candid about not selling me a model that I didn't need. Everything was installed and operating within an hour. Ron took time to explain all aspects of the operations of the new opener and he even programmed the auto opener in my car for me. I highly recommend these folks for any garage door needs. I actually need a new door this summer and will be contacting Precision Door for the replacement.
