Twice in the [past 12 months, we've called Precision looking for help with our garage door. In both instances, the technicians were on the job within an hour of our call. I first contacted Precision garage people several years ago when I found them on the Iternet in our former home. They did a wonderful job overhauling my garage door mechanics. The technichian was very good and did a great job at a reasonable price. I was so pleased and satisfied I called them again when I moved into our new home. I never felt so comfortable having them back. Another great job with no hassle or worry about being overcharged. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.I wish there was more professionals like these guys!!!

The springs had broken on my garage door. The door was as old as the house. I talked to Mark about price to fix and price of a new door. I went with the new door. Mark did not pressure me and was willing to go with what ever I wanted. He showed up on time and had the new door installed in just a few hours. Looks great and Mark was terrific. Fantastic Service compared to other repair companies that would state they didn't have the parts on their truck so they could not perform the work in an emergency on off hours. The job Mark did was professional and perfectly done within hours of the weekend call. Everything works better than the original installers of the door. Mark replaced all worn components and rebalanced the entire system. Better than new!

Mark was great! Not an easy install because it is a barn that was built in the 1800s, so not quite square any longer. The doorway is square now!

Prior to moving forward with the installation, a good friend mentioned that she was very happy with the garage door and opener you installed for them. I highly recommend the Precision (Marantec)belt-drive opener--it is smoooooooth! Everything about my experience with your company was 5 star. From my first contact with your company to Mark Sherman's expertise in installing the garage door opener. He patiently explained to me the operation of the system. During the time he was with me, he was cheerful, polite and very knowledgeable. Thank you Mark for allowing me to observe the installation process. I learned a lot from observing. If anything goes wrong, I'll have a better idea how it was put together and what to say when calling you for service. After waiting 3 weeks for installation of an opener from an unreliable company (which I cancelled), I had a new Precision opener from you in 2 1/2 days - Sent an email on Wednesday evening - installation was on Saturday. Special thanks to Mary and Jen for all the questions they answered for me prior to and after my installation. They are top-notch office staff. Old-fashioned customer service rarely exists anymore, but it does at Precision... I will recommend your company in a heartbeat.

Mark came within 2 hours of our emergency call when our door broke. It was 9:30 pm. He replaced the broken spring and gor our damaged door working so we could keep our early morning schedule without trouble.

Our spring broke, so we had it replaced along with new rollers and cables. However the old door began popping after these repairs. Ronnie came by the same day we called him and said we needed a new door and he gave us a full credit for the prior work toward the new door. Mark installed the new door the next day. He was very friendly even as I watched him work to learn how the pros install doors. He was nice to return two days later, on short notice, to install the weatherstripping after I painted the trim around the new door. Their customer service is excellent and their product are top quality.

Service was performed on our garage door opener on Saturday, August 18, 2012. Felix did a great job from start to finish. He arrived promptly, and he was polite, friendly, efficient, and helpful. I couldn't believe how fast he fixed the problems (determining why the door opener would not receive a signal and setting up my Prius remote door opener so it would send a signal to the home opener). He also did maintenance on the door, and it is running much more smoothly and quietly now. He got everything done in probably less than a half hour, and the service was done at a very reasonable price. We've used your company before and were very pleased, and we'll use your company the next time we have a problem

I had an inspection done and a key lock installed so that I can open my garage door in the event of an electrical outage. Mark was very patient with all my questions and he took the time to explain what is done during an inspection and what I need to do to keep my garage door working properly.

Technician was great!! He had to push my time back a bit due to a long-running job, but he called me ahead of time to let me know, which I really appreciated. He got to my house EXACTLY when he said he would, which was also a bonus. He finished the job in less than 45 minutes. I would use Precision again without hesitating.
