I had previously received a quote from another service provider, which was less than Precision, but they lacked the ability to provide a great customer experience. I was in a hurry so I started to back out of the garage without noticing that the garage door was not all the way up. BANG! I hit the door and knocked it out of the tracks on one side. It wouldn't move up or down, it was stuck! Luckily I was able to pull out, but my door stayed wide open. This was about 2:00 in the afternoon. I called Precision, made an appointment and by 6:30 that same evening, my door was back to normal - good as new. Ron was super fast and very nice. As he said, my husband would have never known anything had happened (wish I hadn't said anything!) Great service, timely and reasonably priced. Thanks!

The response to our request for service was prompt The technician called to confirm the time before he arrived. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable and he advised us of potential issues that had not been told to us service people. Evening appointments provided our initial interest. We have had past satisfactory experience with Precision. This time, we needed a cable replacement. I have utilized the services of Precision a few times now and I would honestly say that service CANNOT BE ANY BETTER...yes I rated them a 5 but actually I mean a 10. I don't have to be concerned about them trying to sell something to me that I don't need and they explain what is beneficial and what is not...and the speedy response is second to none. I bought the Opener from them in 2007 and the Original 1991 existing cables and springs lasted till now. If the spring didn't break I wouldn't have even thought about replacing the rollers. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. My door moves soooo easily with the new rollers. Without them, the new springs would have incurred unnecessary stress taking their life expectancy to a lower number of years. TRUST THESE GUYS They REALLY know how to care for your door needs at a very reasonable cost and impressive speed to keep your inconvenience to a minimal time. They were there in an hour from my call. FANTASTIC. Do I recommend them ABSOLUTELY.

We picked Precision Door because our garage door failed on a Sunday. A repairman arrived within 1 1/2 hours of our call. He explained in detail, the problem with the door and the cost of repairs. The door opener was fixed to our satisfaction and working in 45 minutes. Will call Precision Door for future door repairs.

Having discovered a broken spring on my garage door early on a Sunday morning I checked the Yellow pages for a 24 hour service repair company. I called Precision and was told that a technician would arrive between 12 and two. Jason Wagar arrived at 11:45. He immediately began recommending the repairs and pointed out problems with my current set up. I gave my OK for his suggestions, and he went about his work. Upon completion he showed me how to test the door for balance and gave me maintenance tips. I am very happy with the service and will recomend your company to my friends. Job well done!!
