I was pleasantly surprised that the appointment was made very quickly, the technician called before he started out, and the service was performed without a hitch. The technician was courteous, friendly and professional. The job he did was excellent and we no longer have a squeaky, noisy garage door. I would call this company for any future trouble with our garage door.

We were supposed to go out Saturday night but our garage door was good and stuck. The real problem was that I had a plane to catch the next morning and both cars were in the garage. I called at approximately 5:30, and the person who answered said that someone would come between 9:00 and 11:00. Felix arrived at 8:30. He was friendly and courteous, and went right to work. He explained what he was doing in a clear way, and offered reassurance about the repair. He represents your company very well and we were glad to have our door running better than before within a couple of hours.

Garage Door torsion spring broke on Friday at 5pm. Felix was out at 8AM the next morning! Felix wasn't happy after installing the new spring. It seemed to work to me and he could have left it but went the extra step and installed a heavier spring. He lubed everything and now the door works the best it ever has! Great job Felix!
