My garage door did not work today. I called Precision Garage Door to fix it. They came sooner than expected. Ron fix my door to use for the time being. Ron recommended I get a new door because this is an old door. We're getting a new door next. Thanks Ron.

I found your company in the Yellow Pages, and, after 2 companies who serve only Monroe County, I chose Precision as you were close to Victor and I had remembered seeing your truck in the area. I was pleased with the technician who came and serviced both of my doors, knew what was happening and went right to work to fix the one door and did a general service job on both doors. Both doors worked better than they have in ages. The technician, Sean, was very informative on what needed to be serviced and why. Kudos to Sean for working in the cold.

As always Precision was amazing. I called on Monday they were here on Tuesday just as they promised. Felix was our technician.
