Had a Precision garage door opener installed in 2015. Keypad stopped working after 8 years. Called the company and they came right out. Luckily the only problem was a dead battery. Like the very quiet operation and how quickly they show up to service their equipment

The technician was extremely quick and efficient. Set up two garage door openers with exactly the features I wanted without trying to up-sell me. From start to finish, he took maybe an hour and a half to remove two broken openers and replace them with new ones along with new keypad and sensors, including the time it took him to go pick up the new parts! He walked me through the setup and care of the openers and doors.

The only good thing is they gave me a new remote to open existing garage opener. The man that came, Ron, was the owner. He was grouchy, rude, and condescending. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. For a minor fix as well. Never calling them again.
