My day was made! Our garage door opener hasn’t been working correctly for a while. We had tried to no avail to fix it ourselves. Decided to call Precision to see if they could fix it. It was determined that it was an unfixable issue with the opener. This did not surprise me. A new opener was installed quickly and professionally. I have worked with Precision door twice and have had a great experience both times. Scheduling was easy, fast and convenient. This time I knew my garage door opener was broken. And the tech (Felix) clearly explained what exactly was wrong and what it would cost to repair or replace. I chose to replace the opener. The tech was efficient and I could see that he really double checked all the fittings on the garage door to ensure that it would be running smoothly and optimally, which is especially important to me in my 1920 built house with heavy old garage doors. He took the time to explain all of the features of the new opener and helped me reset the keypad. Really outstanding. I would heartily recommend this business.

There was rust on the bottom of my garage door, and the retainer had fallen out. Ron came out, assessed the condition of the door, and recommended that I get the bottom section replaced. He told me the manufacturer, the model number and the color and said that this would be my most cost-effective option. He also fixed a roller that had popped out of the rail. After taking the time to do all of this, he didn't charge me anything. I really appreciated the timeliness, service, and the whole approach. And the fact that after spending all this time and giving me valuable advice Ron didn't charge me is very much appreciated. This is a great company to work with. I will be sure to call again should anything happen in the future. Two thumbs up!

Sean replaced the cables on my garage door today and did an excellent job. He was quick, thorough, friendly, and completed the job for the price he quoted.
