I called on Saturday to get a garage door opener repair thinking they would come on Monday. But Ron came on Sunday earlier than scheduled. The weekend service call was no extra. We needed a new opener and he installed it in an hour. Ron is the owner and he was very pleasant and took time to go through the operations of it. We are very happy with the service!

The technician Zikret Osmic was prompt. He examined the Garage Door Opener and answered all my questions. He insured I understood how the opener worked and that the sensor lights were working correctly. He also lubricated the rollers so I am comfortable the door is working correctly.

He efficiently made the repairs and took the time to thoroughly discuss the work both before the job and after the work was completed. Zikret, Precision's technician was great. He was very knowlegdeable and professional. After assessing my garage door, he showed me what was wrong. He ended up having to replace the springs, bearings, rollers, and a few other things. Scheduled to have the service from online on Sunday and they came out two days later which I was very pleased about. Highly recommend them.
