We had same day service and the technician did a full service check and discovered we had a defective unit so replaced the parts and we were in business in no time at no charge since it was under warranty. The service was excellent that I received from Phil Mormon, the technician that came to fix my garage door. He assessed the issues and took the time to go over each one with me. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and honest on what my options were. 12 years ago when we needed a new garage door and our friend suggested Precision, we have been pleased with the couple of service calls where a technician was needed. The tech called before arrival providing time window on-site which was in agreed appointment time. He didn't have an additional piece that was needed because my doors were not installed correctly (not by Precision Doors) so he drove an hour back to the shop and returned same day and fixed both my doors. While fixing one door the spring broke and he replaced it free of charge! Excellent and fast customer service, highly recommended!!

Sean did a great job getting my garage door working properly. Because of the systems age, we may need to replace it. He was very professional and left me with confidence in the company and its ability to properly serve us and keep us going. I was given a quotation if I have a failure of the system in the future and need to replace it. I saw Precision Garage Ad on line, which included references and tried the phone number. The lady who answered the phone was very courteous and did a good job explaining the company and what it does, helpful on pricing, and got me scheduled for service. Sean, the service technician called and asked if coming early would work, he arrived and did a great job getting the door to work and what to look for in the future. Garage door and opener replaced 5/23/24 by Sadmir Hamzic. Technician arrived at the appointed time and completed the installation in a timely manner with no issues encountered. Our new garage door and opener work flawlessly - we're extremely pleased with everything. Sadmir explained the operation of the opener and instructed us about the routine maintenance (door hinge and bearing lubrication, etc.) that we should perform to keep the door running smoothly. Ron came out to give me an estimate on a new garage door. He arrived promptly and also let me know when he was on his way. He gave me the estimate and then went to work adjusting the door so I would be able to close it. When I offered to pay him for work done he said it was his good deed for the day. Since Ron is the owner of Precision I think this experience speaks a lot for his company.
