Precision did a fantastic job servicing my garage doors and upgrading my rollers. Doors need some adjusting after 2 years and the did a great job!

I would like to give the Technician, Nick, TEN stars. He was very knowledgeable, kind and fixed my garage door the same day in about an hour! The $60 service call fee and $100 towards labor/servicing was very fair & reasonable. I am only giving Precision 4 stars b/c I was NOT thrilled with Precision's up-charge for parts. (I had researched the cost of all parts prior to calling Precision, hoping I could find an independent contractor/handy man to come & replace parts.) While it is swell that Precision trucks are loaded with parts to repair doors the same day as they estimate work, I don't think it is right to price parts (spring, cables, rollers, bearings) double (in some cases 3-4 times) what they actually cost individually---and I'm sure Precision gets a bulk discount on parts to keep their trucks filled, as well :/ Because of the cost, I would only recommend Precision to others if they cannot possibly find anyone else.

I'm sorry I forgot the name of the person who did the work on our garage door, but he was great. He kept me informed as he was doing the work; made worthwhile suggestions of some things I would never have thought about; and was very thorough and quick with the work he did. He left information about some possible new garage doors if that becomes a future issue, pointing out that the money to keep repairing this nearly 40 year old door might be better spent on a new one.

Our garage door was installed by Precision several years ago, turning to them for service seemed logical. From our 1st call, they were polite and professional through the entire process. The technician communicated in advance of his arrival, was on time and worked quickly to replace the springs, one of which was broken. We will turn to Precision if the need arises in the future and highly recommend them.

Became aware at 8 AM the coil spring broke on my garage door. Used the chat feature in the web site and a tech was assigned for a 5 - 7 arrival. Tech arrived 3:50, had parts, and was done 4:30. Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant.

The keypad would not work and technician replaced the battery which I had no idea it took one. He then proceeded to do a safety check and lubricate the track bearings. At no time did he reference my stupidity of the situation but was professional the entire time he spent here.
