Just had a service call for a humming motor in the motor unit. Felix, the service technician, diagnosed problem as stripped gears and very old and needs replacing. Good diagnosis, bought new Lift Master. Install was very professional, fast and courteous. Love all the new features on the new unit. Highly recommend this company.

Zikret arrived exactly when stated. It was -4 degrees when he arrived and he was unconcerned. He was very professional, pleasant, and thorough. Hi, Felix came by the house to help with my garage door, he needed to reprogram opener to the door would stay down when I would close. I had some work done the day before the problem where I had to flip the breaker. Felix was very courteous and professional.

I had a problem with my garage door automatically retracting and not closing properly. I suspected the sensors were bad. I was wrong. Ron came out early on a Sunday and quickly accessed my real problem, a broken sprocket assembly on the motor of my opener. He gave me a choice or either a repair or new opener and the prices of each. I chose the repair and so far, it works like a charm! Prompt, courteous, professional service-----who could ask for more? John

I called for our garage door to be looked at and hopefully repaired. The next day Ron came out to our home and quickly discovered the problem. I appreciated that he called ahead of his visit to let us know he was on his way and what the anticipated arrival time would be. He was very pleasant, arrived at the time scheduled, and had everything necessary in his truck to fix the garage door opener. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. He was patient with my questions. He tested the door opener from different locations to be sure it operated correctly. It did. I highly recommend calling Ron should you have any issues with your garage door!
