The tech called before arrival providing time window on-site which was in agreed appointment time. He didn't have an additional piece that was needed because my doors were not installed correctly (not by Precision Doors) so he drove an hour back to the shop and returned same day and fixed both my doors. While fixing one door the spring broke and he replaced it free of charge! Excellent and fast customer service, highly recommended!!

Sean did a great job getting my garage door working properly. Because of the systems age, we may need to replace it. He was very professional and left me with confidence in the company and its ability to properly serve us and keep us going.
