Felix arrived at our house less than 24 hours after I called Precision Door. Felix was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He repaired our garage door quickly and it now operates perfectly and quietly. Thanks for the prompt and excellent service. Will use your services again if needed.

Excellent service and installation by Zikret! He was personable and extremely knowledgeable to hang the door with quality precision! Guess that’s how you got your name!!! The new door is excellent quality. I’m very pleased with all aspects of this from Ron’s first visit, to talking with Mary on the phone and especially with Z! Thank you all for adding a really nice new update to my home!

I chose Precision Door Service due to past experiences. In fact I just recommended them to my son who needed a new garage door (installed on 9/23/24). Their service is outstanding and their pricing fair. My technician Z was superior. I have been recommending them for over 12 years when I had my garage door replaced. They are my go to garage door service.

Great timely and professional service. Came out within a day of our call and the part was installed, and we could use our garage door immediately. Thanks so much, Ron, and we will be glad to give your name and phone number to all our neighbors and friends.

Precision door installed my opener about 5 years ago. They are quick to respond to issues and questions. There was an issue with the original door opener installation that was quickly resolved. I have now decided to add the battery backup (which I would highly recommend). Since my power goes out often, the battery backup will keep me from having to reset the open and closed positions.

Zikret called me before arriving the morning of the service call and arrived on time. He clearly explained the repair options and completed the work efficiently. The door now opens smoothly and with little effort. Thanks Zikret!

I would like to give the Technician, Nick, TEN stars. He was very knowledgeable, kind and fixed my garage door the same day in about an hour! The $60 service call fee and $100 towards labor/servicing was very fair & reasonable. I am only giving Precision 4 stars b/c I was NOT thrilled with Precision's up-charge for parts. (I had researched the cost of all parts prior to calling Precision, hoping I could find an independent contractor/handy man to come & replace parts.) While it is swell that Precision trucks are loaded with parts to repair doors the same day as they estimate work, I don't think it is right to price parts (spring, cables, rollers, bearings) double (in some cases 3-4 times) what they actually cost individually---and I'm sure Precision gets a bulk discount on parts to keep their trucks filled, as well :/ Because of the cost, I would only recommend Precision to others if they cannot possibly find anyone else.

Very personable young men. One of them even carried my groceries from my car to my kitchen. My garage door is working much better post repair.

Your technician, Z was fantastic! He was pleasant, polite and very good at his job. He gave me three options for service, explaining the pros/cons and prices of each option. He explained everything as he repaired my door. If I need repairs in the future, I would welcome Z back

I'm sorry I forgot the name of the person who did the work on our garage door, but he was great. He kept me informed as he was doing the work; made worthwhile suggestions of some things I would never have thought about; and was very thorough and quick with the work he did. He left information about some possible new garage doors if that becomes a future issue, pointing out that the money to keep repairing this nearly 40 year old door might be better spent on a new one.

Ron arrived within the time frame we agreed upon and gave me his honest opinion. I thought i was going to have to repair or replace my door and he said it was fine the way it is. Your honesty speaks volumes to the type of person you are and about the way you run your business! Thank you!!!

Our garage door was installed by Precision several years ago, turning to them for service seemed logical. From our 1st call, they were polite and professional through the entire process. The technician communicated in advance of his arrival, was on time and worked quickly to replace the springs, one of which was broken. We will turn to Precision if the need arises in the future and highly recommend them.

They were wonderful and got me same day service. Z was very helpful and informative. He gave me multiple estimates, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He completed the work in just over an hour! It was a great experience!

Became aware at 8 AM the coil spring broke on my garage door. Used the chat feature in the web site and a tech was assigned for a 5 - 7 arrival. Tech arrived 3:50, had parts, and was done 4:30. Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant.

I had an excellent experience with Ron. What I thought was a problem was not a problem at all! I did not need a new door or a new door opener. I appreciated his honesty, simple solution and generocity (he did not charge me for the visit.) It was a blessing. I have done buisness with Precision Garage Door in the past, and look forward to doing business with them again.

The experience with Precision was outstanding beginning with my first phone call to them where I received a friendly greeting and they were able to book an appointment for me within 24 hours. Ron, who was the technician called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived early and was able to diagnose the issue with our garage door quickly. The solution was completed in a timely fashion and Ron was friendly and professional, explaining the work needed and the features of the new garage door opener. I highly recommend Precision!

Ron the owner came to secure my weather stripping. He was very professional and explained everything to me. My prior service was a brand-new garage door. Also was excellent. Definitely would recommend them!
