I have used Precision Door Service to replace my aged garage door and service it when the cables need to be replaced. They come when they say they will, call if they can be early or are running a bit behind (having saved another customer). All the repair men have been very polite and explain what is amiss and the solution. I highly recommend them!

This was the easiest service experience I have ever had. I called the office and they set me up with a Saturday appointment because of my work schedule. Ron came out and was super friendly. He assessed the situation and explained my various options without pushing me in any particular direction. He installed a nee garage door opener on the spot. Before leaving he took the time to teach me about my opener and make sure I had a solid understanding of everything.

Service is always very prompt. The staff is courteous. The work is extremely well done and the service staff let's you know what has to be done to the equipment and the cost before starting the work. The garage area where the work is done has always been cleaned after the service has been completed.

I called them for garage door service. They agreed on $65 service cost and $60 for the garage door wire. Garage door wire cost $10-15 bucks in Home Depot only. And then there were other parts which cost 3-5 bucks in home depot they charge five times for the part. End up fixing garage door for approx $200 dollar which could be repaired from less than $100 if I have chosen other places. If you ask for the service from this place I would recommend make sure you buy your own stuff from home depot or Lowe’s.
