Torsion spring broke late on Thursday. Called in and a courteous rep got me on the schedule. Phil arrived during an absolute blizzard - consummately professional and friendly. Explained everything top to bottom and end to end, and got my door up (AND down) running again. Thanks Phil, and precision team!

I had a problem with my garage door automatically retracting and not closing properly. I suspected the sensors were bad. I was wrong. Ron came out early on a Sunday and quickly accessed my real problem, a broken sprocket assembly on the motor of my opener. He gave me a choice or either a repair or new opener and the prices of each. I chose the repair and so far, it works like a charm! Prompt, courteous, professional service-----who could ask for more? John

I called for our garage door to be looked at and hopefully repaired. The next day Ron came out to our home and quickly discovered the problem. I appreciated that he called ahead of his visit to let us know he was on his way and what the anticipated arrival time would be. He was very pleasant, arrived at the time scheduled, and had everything necessary in his truck to fix the garage door opener. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. He was patient with my questions. He tested the door opener from different locations to be sure it operated correctly. It did. I highly recommend calling Ron should you have any issues with your garage door!

I have worked with several other companies through out Rochester and the surrounding areas through out my 30 plus years in the design-build business. Over the past 15 years I have used Precision Door Service exclusively for business and personally. In business offering a referral to a client can often create a negative situation. However the client experience is so incredible using Ron's team at Precision Door that it has always proven to add value to my organization. Often exceptional client experience is met with a inflated cost. That has NEVER been the situation when using Precision Door. In fact it is always the exact opposite, outstanding products and service at the best value possible. This past month I hired the team at Precision Door to install a new Door and Opener at my personal home. Felix C, a technician of 12 years at Precision performed our installation. He was on time, professional, laser focused, and extremely considerate and willing to accommodate. I highly recommend the team at Precision Door. Kyle Stevens Stonewood and Waters Craftsman

We were impressed that the owner was on the web site, and that the company was local. When I called the company, the secretary was very pleasant and helpful. Phil knew what the problem was and installed a new opener. We were very pleased with his service because he was very respectful and explained everything to us. We will definitely recommend Phil and your company to our friends and neighbors.

My son needed his garage door repaired, the spring broke today (Sunday.) I called several companies who were not open and then called Precision - a very good decision. They arrived within 2 hours from when I called them. The person taking my information was helpful and very courteous. It took a very short time to install 2 new overhead springs and install an exterior key pad. The price was reasonable, the installer was pleasant to deal with, and the whole process was very easy. Thank you very much.
