I chose the company based on a neighbor’s recommendation and I could not be happier. They responded within an hour to my online inquiry and had an appointment scheduled for a couple of days later. The technician arrived early - with notice - and was knowledgeable and courteous. The work was finished efficiently. I also appreciated the tech’s bio which was texted when he was in his way. Incredible customer service, very, very pleased.

We tried opening the garage door one evening and found it would not open due to a broken spring. We call Precision and they sent a technician within a half hour. Although we had to pay an "emergency" service fee to get the quick response, the peace of mind of having the repair done was worth the extra cost. The technician did an excellent job doing the repair and checked the whole system (other spring, rollers, opener, etc.) to ensure proper operation.
