Ron was the man!!!! I was blown away with his level of expertise. My garage door spring busted and I was contemplating on Making it a DIY project.....I am glad I didn’t!!! He not only replaced the broken spring, but also tweaked my garage door to open and shut more smooth then before the door broke. I was impressed with his skills. He even nailed down how old my garage door was to the year just by looking at it from a distance!!!! That’s experience you could depend on. He did not mess around. I’m telling you.... he fixed my door in record time. I will be calling again. They are reliable, dependable and friendly! Thank you Precision!!!!!

I had my garage doors replace by Precision and would highly recommend them. I liked how I could set up an appointment via chat, as I hate making phone calls. I also liked how I could read about employees on the website. Communication was excellent throughout and everyone was very friendly. They didn’t try to “oversell” and actually discussed how I could keep some of my current units to save money. The doors were installed promptly and look great.

My garage door was not opening and closing properly, and it had been installed by Precision several years ago. My first thought was to call them because the motor on the door opener was working just fine. I figured maybe the door had shifted on the tracks. Turns out, it was a very simple fix which involved resetting the limits on the garage door opener which may have possibly been reset by a power surge. The technician was very professional, quickly assessed and fixed the problem, and made sure that it was fixed before calling the job done. He was great about maintaining no contact for social distancing, and explained everything that he was doing on the tablet as he was preparing for my payment. It was truly no touch, which I appreciated.

This was a great experience. The service was great and very quick. I had the cables replaced after they broke. The price was good and the work was excellent. Chose Precision because of their reputation. Dave Ackley inspected the door and was honest and not pushy which was appreciated. Will have door repaired by Dave when it is needed.
